Only in this country can a person trespass, on PRIVATE PROPERTY, hurt themselves, then have a case against the owner, and only in this entitlement society would a person have the audacity to do so. Ridiculous!

They should not be able to sue the owners or the country because that kid should not have been riding his atv on private property.
