plus beef them up in the process with steroids, so they're strong enough to carry a large human.. I can already ride one, since I'm pretty small. =P

It would have to be in a controlled environment.. and we'd have to have a chocobo ranch.. and teach them how to say kwehh!!! but in their bass voice, I think it'd be awesome. And plus get them saddles, and buy them visors and feet protectors so they're super deadly.. win for the world.. plus ostriches are really fast like 30+ miles constant… and I'm sure they can run about 40+ for atleast a minute. I don't know about the emu now… other than the aggressiveness.. hehe.
