Please try to treat the people you interview with more respect and to listen to them. Try asking intelligent questions too. A course in interviewing techniques might help.

Really dissappointed with Glen's lack of interest in Marketa to the point where she was left to one side, he needs to be less aware of himself - it took two strong people to make this and he neglected that. Marketa is humble but should be given the time to give her views!
