  • 1- AK47 7.62x39

    2-Makarov 9x18

    3-SVD 7.62x54R

    4-Saiga 12 Gauge

    5-7.62 Nagant Revolver

  • 1-Remington 870 12g

    2-Glock 19 9mm

    3-Bushmaster xm15 5.56

    4-Remington 597 .22lr

    5-Taurus 94 .22lr

  • Pistol: Glock 26.. have a 19 but the 26 is easier to carry and is just as powerful and accurate as its big brother. High powered rifle: Mosin Nagant 91/30 (the 7.62x54R round is a powerhouse.) Lesser powered rifle: Ruger 10/22..(everyone knows it's the best little 22LR rifle).. Assault-type rifle: AK-47 (not as sensitive to being dirty like the AR's are).... Shotgun: 870 Express

  • I agree with the first three 100%.

I personally require a lot of versatility.

My personal choice: (in order of importance)

    1. Remington 870 12 Gauge

    2. Glock 19

    3. Any reliable .22 rifle (no scope, though).

    4. Any reliable 30-06 rifle

    5. Any reliable 357 magnum revolver

  • 1. Ruger 10\22. 2. AK-47 3. Berretta 92FS 4. Mossberg 500 5. Nagant revolver

  • @Zlongster while I like the old Nagant revolver... in a SHTF situation, good luck finding that crazy ammo for it.

  • 1. Chuck Norris!

    2. Epic Nerf Gun!

    3. BAZOOKA!!!

    4. Chuck Norris 2!

    5. Michael Jacksons' Nose!

  • @TheHappyRagequitter nerf gun? you 8 or something? get a fucking MK1 MOD 0 pussy

  • @aManWithCamera

MK1 MOD 0??? U gotta be like a 8 year old BF3 fan who live infornt of your computer and suck your fathers cock every day... hope you die, bye bye :)

  • @TheHappyRagequitter the mk1 mod 0 is a scar type you dumb fuck, get your info right first.

  • @aManWithCamera

whatever BF3-nerd.... the white stuffs on your face is sperm, not milk, btw

  • @TheHappyRagequitter hmm, who you trying to impress anyway? nerf is for kids, always has been, so i think i win.

  • @aManWithCamera

    whatever makes you happy

  • @TheHappyRagequitter you really trying to troll me? you said a nerf gun as one of you top 4 FIREARMS, it shoots rubber darts.

  • for me ito be (1). ak 47 (2.) ruger 10 22 (3) mark iii 22. (4) ruger sr9c (5) remington 12g shotgun

  • That is a Tactical Stock on the AR- 15

  • sig 550 - the swiss army rifle.

  • I would have swapped out that .22 pistol for a 25 caliber break barrel air rifle. In a wrol situation, you don't want to advertise your location when you're out hunting. Any other gun will tell everyone where you are. The air gun will let you go unnoticed.

  • @HumbleWillis no law = suppress your .22 ........

  • @kingofkensington7110 Fair enough ... but the Air Rifle is going to be more accurate with a better range than a surpressed .22 pistol. That's really what you need for a survival situation. Besides, there are other advantages. You can carry several thousand .25 pellets in the same space as it takes to hold several hundred .22 rounds. Not to mention that the weapon is less likely to require maintenance/cleaning. And you can make new pellets if you really need to from other materials.

  • 12 gauge would be my first, not some shitty glock.lol

  • @m3a12as4 thats whats up brother! fuck glock!

  • I would include a pellet gun, Walmart has a 2 barrel, break barrel rifle for $114.00 in .177 and .22 cal.

Take out small game without attraction attention.

  • That looks like Mark III

  • What do you think about the .40 cal witness compact

  • a:

    .22

    12 gauge

    .308

    .45

    .223... of any kind.

  • 1.Stg-44

    2.Colt M1911

    3.MG-42

    4.AA12 Shotgun

    5.AK-47

  • @D3TOSS go back to cod you dumbass

  • @spearfishing4life COD? u mean cock on dicks?

  • @D3TOSS cock on dicks.. lol that's not even funny nor clever

  • @ezar2xfizzler ok, then watch ur mother masturbating, thats funny. :D

  • @D3TOSS lmfao now thats funny

  • @D3TOSS again, not funny nor clever. you should just stop before you embarrass yourself further.

  • @ezar2xfizzler iam not funny

  • @D3TOSS another cod kid...

  • @petersupermann dude i fucking LOVE cod...the best ego shooter out there, u have killstreaks, nukes, bombs, choppers, bombs weapons and alot of fun..and NUKES FUCK yEA

  • @D3TOSS You must be fucking 12 years old. This guy is talking about top 5 in Reality...not a fuckin video game jackass, so GTFO

  • @gun1rwa u mad? wow

  • @D3TOSS I hate stupid people

  • @gun1rwa me too!

  • @D3TOSS fucking idiot

  • @D3TOSS im 14 i bet you don't own any of these guns. nor have form 3 needed for these guns. and also you can't afford these guns except the 1911. finally only 2 civilians have ever fired the aa12. get your ass back to video games, and leave guns to the big boys....

  • @FpsAmericanRedneck Damn u are so agressive, makes me laugh really hard :D and btw. i dont give a fuck :P

  • @D3TOSS You know nothing!! lol.

  • @m3a12as4 lol ur so funny, like a dead rat in the morning

  • Pretty good list... Shotgun, decent caliber sidearm, fighting rifle, .22 rifle, check...

I'd've included a longer-range bolt rifle for big game / sniping. .223 falls just a little short in that category.

Much as I like my Ruger 22/45 (Mark II) with 5.5 bull, a more compact .22 pistol that could double as discreet carry back-up would be #6.

  • .. NO Waaaayyyyyyyy !!! ... Number 5 should (without question) be a 30-06 Rifle ... Out of 5 select weapons , your gonna have 2 different 22cal guns ??? ... No Way !!

  • Dude you made a lot of mistakes in this in my oppinion. The first is your #1 choice you chose a weapon without a safety. The other issue I have is all of the weapons save the 870 are automatics. You wont make it once your stuff gets dirty and worn out. You will be bear crap inside a week. Now mind you solid choices but when you choose your first weapon if you only have one doesn't even have a safety well that just isn' real bright. Automatics tend to waste bullets in a survival situation.

  • @tigger2943 when did glocks not have a safety? If the trigger isn't pressed, it doesn't fire.

  • @BlitzKdotCOM Wanna bet? That is a fools response. "thats my Safety" ( while wiggling the index finger) I guess you have never seen one go off once they get a couple thousand rounds through one. That is why Police Departments change to new weapons after about 5-8 years. Not neccessarily something different than glocks just new ones. However a lot of Departments are steering away from the glocks because of no positive safety. Glocks have never had a safey neither have the S&W Sigma Series and...

  • larue tactical 5.56 X 45 with taped mags

  • wow yall are angry people

  • good selection of guns but yo forgot the AK74 my personal opinion it is the best gun:D i love it

  • Great video as usual.

Just so happens I have all of these guns. I love the mark ii. Looked at the new mark iii just just seem low quality. ( just my 2 cents) iv shot both and I'm more accurate with the mark ii. What does anyone else think about the mark ii or mark iii?

  • Love this guys vids, until he said he'd take the Glock 19 if he could only own one gun

  • agree with the ruger pistol. would go with a mkIII with the magazine lock removed in favor of the mkII bushing, really despise that bottom euro style magazine release

  • Look at all the internet experts :-o

  • #5 semi-auto pistol because of capacity ease of carry (for those times you don't want to hold a rifle while taking a leak) and concealment (if needed). I'd choose the .45 because it's common enough and I'm a fan of using the biggest caliber you can handle. A .44 magnum (raging bull is tame but it's a huge hand cannon and defeats the purpose of a "hand" gun).

But seriously a hand gun would be last by far. I would never get a .223... they're garbage in my book unless they are full auto.

  • If you got chased up into the north none of your guns would protect you from a big brown bear. I'll break it down.

#1- 12 gauge pump (got a supermag just 'cuz)

#2- .22 rifle (food's important and there's more small game than big)

#3- .30 caliber rifle (if I'm out west a bolt gun if I'm in metropolitan/populated or dense wooded areas a semi-auto)

#4- .30 caliber (which ever of the above you did not get.. basically one semi-auto... one long-range)

#5.45 semi-auto pistol (can't explain out of room

  • lol... and his number two is the shotty... should have waited to post.

  • If I could only own one firearm it would definitely be a pump shotgun either the mossberg 500 or the 870 express.. it can literally do it all... not great, but it can get it ALL done. I would not be using a 9mm to kill food or trust my life to it with multiple invaders coming into my home. The 12 gauge is the "One Gun". From solid slug to bird shot... if you really need a bit more range... get a rifled barrel. But seriously, no other gun has the diversity of the shotgun.

  • For WROL?

    1. LMRCi M6A3

    2. LWRCi REPR

    3. DTA SRS

    4. Remington 870 magnum express

    5. Para USA 14-45 Tactical

AR-15s and AR-10s are endlessly customizable, and I can almost say the same for the 870. I like 1911's, 'specially if they're high-capacity AND have light rails.

The SRS is a bull-pup. Shorter than an M-16 and can swap calibers (.243 Win, .260 Rem, 6.5x47 Lap, 7MM WSM, .308 Win, .300 Win Mag, .338 Norma Mag, & .338 LM) in about a minute. The barrels come straight from Lothar Walther. ;)

  • Love my Glock 19, but have a 26 also, for CC.

  • Is there a gun that stops your fucking mouth moving? I'll take five of those pls!

  • @DrJackJeckyl Why be such a dickmonger?

  • that's a pretty good line up sootch00, but for my bug out shelter i'd personally prefer

    1. gattling gun

    2. ak 47

    3. desert eagle

    4. grenades

    5. nuclear bomb (just incase i'm fucked and wanna kamikaze the invaders)

  • @Soundgarden8497 Oh god I hope your just being sarcastic.

  • @ShiningXwolf why?

  • @Soundgarden8497 Well first of all, a gatling gun? Really? What kind of dream world are you living in?

Secondly, And Ak-47? And no reasoning behind it?

    3. Desert Eagle? Haha, This coupled together with the AK-47 sounds very much like a Call of Duty loadout.

    4. Grenades aren't guns, and can easily get you killed if you don't know how to properly use them.

    5. Nuclear bomb... Also not a gun.. And also leads me further to believe that you play too many video games.

  • @ShiningXwolf gatling gun just to mow down an army (if need me), ak47 basically the same purpose. desert eagle... ok, maybe a 9mm with silencer would be better. grenades... EXTREMELY useful, obviously dont hold onto them like pets after u release them. nuclear bomb... why the fuck not? if you end up defeated, fuck the victors, dont let anyone win.

  • @ShiningXwolf AK-47 is a simple, reliable weapon, Dude. I know your knowledge of weapons and armaments comes from the many years you've served in primary roles and on secondment with special forces groups around the globe and not computer games and as such, you should fucking know of AND RESPECT the general badassery of the AK.

So, anyways, when you're not fast roping onto the rooftops of besieged embassies or snatching hostages from the hands of Somali pirates, what do you do for fun?

  • @DrJackJeckyl You're defending a weapon that I really had no complaints about at all. He just had no reason behind choosing it. Being a smartass for no reason is rather pointless.

And I enjoy a good afternoon of baseball.

  • @ShiningXwolf The same could be said for you: Being a complete bat shit, fuckwit for no reason is rather pointless :)

    Baseball is okay... prefer cricket.

  • @DrJackJeckyl A bit shit fuck wit, eh? He fucking said one of his top guns would be grenades and a nuclear goddamn bomb. You're the bat shit fuckwit for defending him. Get the hell out of my face troll.

And cricket is for stupid fucking faggots that can't play a real sport.

  • @ShiningXwolf HAHAHAHAHA! LOL@Your homophobic rage! I bet you believe in god too... and that terrorists attacked on 911! I'd also gamble you do sport like you do weapons. Couch side!

  • @DrJackJeckyl Homophobic, No. My best friend is bisexual and I'm perfectly fine with him dating guys. I don't believe in god. I do believe that terrorists are the ones responsible for the attack on 9/11 though, I won't lie.

And you'd gamble wrong. I've owned and have fired multiple weapons, so once again, get the hell out of my face troll.

  • i have a glock 23 , remington 870 express super magnum shots up to 3 1/2, personaly i have shot skeet with this gun due to the fact that it is my duck gun. my son has droped it in salt water 3 times, fired near mudy shells , not so much as a jam (i take pride in cleaning my guns. and i love my AR i have a bump fire stock on it its awsome. took a little while to get used to but it is also extreamely reliable.

  • Ruger redhawk (4 or 6 inch 44mag)

    AR15

    Rem 700 in 30-06

    Glock 17

12 gauge pump (rem, mossberg, etc.) 22 in. tube

  • @PowerForGood Agree 100%

  • Glock 23

    AR-15

    Mossberg 590

    Remington 700

    Marlin 60 or Ruger 10/22

glock is 1st for its ability to be concealed and its reliability

AR-15 is next for its effectiveness at close to mid-range with manageable recoil

Mossberg 590 comes in for survival situation / hunting for food / personal protection

remington 700 for long range shooting, preferably larger than .223

last a .22 rifle for small game and cheap ammo like Sootch said.

  • My hand built 30-06 (with a Mauser action)

    Glock 19

  • Colt 1911

    Glock 23

    HK417

    Barrett M82

  • The AR-10 and AR-15 are almost identical execpt for the fact that they are chamberd for different rounds. The 10 is .308 or 7.62x51nato and the 15 is 5.56x45 or .223 but other than that the same, style of bolt, impingment system and so on while the mauser and rem 700 other than being bolt action are totally different from each other the way the round feeds to bolt design and so on................Damnit now you got me lecturing.....

  • wheres the 1911? or the mossberg maverick 7 +1?

  • If you can only own one gun, I would say the ruger security 6 .357 is the best option. then

    2- Remmington 700 (.308) everyone needs a hunting rifle

3- any over under or side by side shotgun.

4- ACR (.223) I have no clue why people still like 50 year old designs like the AR15

5- 10/22, best varminting gun there is

  • @trolldung Because it still woks, reliable, accurate, easy to use and parts are readily available.

And how old is the Rem 700, almost 100 years?

  • @oldcratch The 700s action was designed in 1895 or near there so yes it's very old. The diference being there is nothing better than that old mauser action for its use. There are hundreds of better designs than the AR15.

  • @trolldung No it was not, it was designed in 1962 or there abouts(50 years old, so I was wrong about 100, sry)Don't get me wrong I have 3 different 700s in 308,30-06 and 7mm, and love them all. And yes there are a few(no where near 100s)that are better than the AR-15, but they are not readily available to the public nor are the parts readily available. With all factors involved, parts, ammo, even the state you live in, it comes down to civilian availability and the AR-15 is at the top.

  • @oldcratch I was refering to the 700 being based on the 1895 mauser.

  • @trolldung If you mean because its a bolt action rifle then you are correct, otherwise it is completely different, including the action. I have both and can send you pictures of complete bolts (assembled and dissambled, the same with the receiver) if you would like.

Look, i'm not trying to argue every point with you. One of my jobs is as a gunsmith so when I hear incorrect information out there it really irks me, and we allready have enough problems with the far left freaks.

  • @oldcratch I was under the impression that the 700 was to the mouser as the AR 15 is to the stoner AR 10. If thats not the case then I guess im way off.

  • Glock 17

Rock River Arms AR-15 .556 w/Burris Prism Site and at least 3 Surefire 60rd mags (tactical carbine)

Izamesh Saiga 12 w/Burris Fast Fire (defense)

Kriss Super V SMG w/Eotech (CQ)

    Glock 21 Slimframe (tactical sidearm)

    C7-75 Phantom (concealed carry)

My list is mostly for SHTF in an urban environment but also plenty of fun. Ammo is simple, practical, and not too hard to find (.556, 12 gauge, .45 acp, and 9mm).

  • Great choices! I think I would put the full stock Rem 870 first because of versatility of ammo for hunting and defense, then the Glock 19 for the reasons you mentioned, The AR15 in 5.56x45 for versatility of ammo it accepts the .223 as well. The Ruger 10-22 can't argue with that choice at all. It has more after market accessories than any rifle, but I just prefer my Marlin 60. Then for me the BuckMark Plus for .22 pistol. But again, can't argue with the Ruger .22. Great List Choices.

the handguns are more ideal for home protection but you can never go wrong with a remmington 12 gauge very afffordable and gets the job done

as for the AR15 i doubt anyone would stay in the line of fire of a 223. round

  • why 5 I have 3:

M4A4 MPC Tactical Rifle 5.56 (Windham Weaponry)

    USMC M40A5 LRSR

    Beretta PX4 Storm

  • Wise choices. I can't say my list would be much different. I carry a Glock 19 with night sights, and I have a Remington 870 and a Rock River M4 right under the bed. The .22s make sense as well.

Also... the pistol grip on the alley sweeper probably makes more sense than you realize.

  • Top five for what may I ask first of all.

  • I disagree with all your selections except for the 22 rifle.

Ammunition wise yes plenty of 22, 9mil and shot gun shells.

    having a 9mil pistol and a 22 cal pistol why?Just don't get it.

You said "usefulness" hell any gun can be useful.

You need to look at practicality for the situation. What is the situation? Military Operations, Law enforcement, Home Protection, Hunting, Sport shooting.Who will Operate the Gun, a female that is small frame a teenager,A man? Good Video and thought provoking!

  • It's a sad state of affairs when all 5 out of 5 of those guns listed are banned in Australia.

  • Is there a difference between the 223 ammo and the 556 the military uses, for the AR 15 ?

  • @flubno The 5.56 has a higher chamber pressure and should not be used in any firearm that is labeled as .223. SAAMI puts the pressures for the 5.56 about 10,000 psi higher.

  • @odiebo Thank you, that is interesting. So is the .223 a weaker, toned downed civilian version ?

  • @flubno Weaker is not the right description. Look on Wikipedia at the info for 5.56 for a more detailed explanation but in a nutshell NATO went to a heavier bullet and needed to up the powder charge to keep the velocity up.

  • You don't have to mention 5 guns that you already have... but seriously, a 9mm pistol? along with a .22 pistol and rifle. Nothing against the Remington 870, but I'd definitely want a Semi Automatic shotgun. So pretty much the most knockdown power you have in those 5 guns is a 12GA pump shotgun and a 5.56 AR15... Not would I would go with. I'd have a large caliber high powered bolt action and a .308 semi auto added to that list along with a 45acp pistol.

  • @fjkhoury01 FAL??? wtf!

  • @watchyourst3p The FAL is the longest serving and most widely used 7.62 NATO rifle of all time and provides the user with an effective range of 600 meters while maintaining the effectiveness of the NATO cartridge. It can take any game on any continent on earth if the user does his part and is ultra-reliable in all conditions.

  • The high-powered rifle is the most reliable firearm around, and it provides the two most important needs: protection from a reasonable threat (why not buy a guided missile system against battle tanks?) and food. And most of all it spends very little ammo. So sorry Sir,but I think you should revise this video.

  • @stridingshadow It's HIS video. You are free to make your own. I somehow doubt it will gain 200K views.

  • @rseveran I'm also free to comment. Plus the amount of views speaks nothing of the quality, see Justin Bieber.

  • @stridingshadow Saying "you should revise this video" crosses the line from a mere comment to telling a man what to do with his channel. It's his video, and you are free not to watch it. Better yet, make your own vid so we can all whine bitch and complain on your vids.

  • @rseveran It's my opinion, that this video needs revision. If you have problems with that, go look up the term 'freedom of speech'. You can only cross the line, if you defame someone or encourage someone to commit a crime, which is not the case. If you smear your crap on the freedom of speech, then the Russian Federation or People's Republic of China, if need be the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea could always use a new citizen.

  • @stridingshadow How about just being less of a little bitch. And I'll be less of an asshole.

  • @rseveran You're not really an asshole. You're just someone without any real sense of self-esteem, and what you're doing, is trying to feel important, by defending an adult guy, who already has enough brains to think, and two hands to type. Get some therapy, or better a life.

  • @stridingshadow I actually am a pretty damn nice guy. And I see you've removed your lame ass comment. G'day.

  • @rseveran That was actually my very first comment, which I removed a few days ago before getting any replies, because the editing deadline has expired.

  • I felt a little disappointed. 5 firearms is actually quite a lot. The author mentions 1 compact pistol and 1 shotgun, both of which are outclassed by the latter carbine. Next come 2 plinking guns, the .22 rifle making the .22 pistol obsolete. If you needed a firearm and could only own one, you'd (excuse the term) shit your pants for a high-powered rifle. Unless you intend to fend off an A-Team, it's enough for home defense, plus it's good for hunting.
