In Kino (Black Ops) when you open the door to go in the alley where you go down the stairs you go to the left and you see Berlin Wall - Map DLC in Black Ops. You see the turret there so that's how I know.

Oh and it says "again" because there is a theory about a storyline loop but I don't know much about it.
