If the 5 - 10 years your talking about is due to his drug charges there's a rumor going around that's gaining alot of momentum that he's going to walk on almost every charge against him right now. That there's some problems establishing which if any of the drugs were in his possession before the delivery the cop's used to start the raid on his house. The trace amounts of cocaine may be the only thing that was his and that may date back as far as his previous WWE suspension from years ago.

Ya, not holding my breath but the article I was reading about it made some good points, such as drug dealers when caught don't get bail. None of it of course has been confirmed or denied at this point but we only have a couple more days to wait until there's some resolution on the drug charges as the case go's to trial on Nov. 4th I believe.
