The band was formed in 1993 by the bassist, Tadashi Akira... It's about 18 years ago...

@ArcZeld Thank you...They look so young though wow...I herd that japanese age slowly but this is so unreal i thought they were like twenty!!! Are they still singing now or did they retire? I herd from someone that they are touring but i keep googling it and radio head keeps poping up! Then someone told me they are on break or something and i'm so confused!!

They still singing until now... Their latest album is ammonite which is released at 4th June 2011.

Btw, the vocalist (Arimura Ryuutarou) age is 38 now... Apparently it's because the make up that makes him look young. You can google it to see him without make up and there's some difference in his face... :)

And, oh yeah, radiohead keeps popping out because the title of one of their song is "fake plastic tree". It's an old song from radiohead though...

And if i may reccommend, you should listen to their Utsusemi, Dona Dona, and ammonite album. It's a great album. And you can search for many subbed Plastic Tree PV on youtube. One of my favorite is Sanatorium.

@ArcZeld Nah... in order to get them I have to baby sit for his kids... a spoiled 3 year old that always cries, 7 month year old that does the same... and a 12 year old punk... I'll get them in december on my birthday...but until then hell for the rest of the time... wish I was a robot...
