i am not an n t wright expert, but after hearing a news blurb about him, i would state i agree with at least some of his interpretations and views. the planet needs to be saved, also the universe, why else would we be here? and it is not a playground for stupidity.
N.T. Wright. more and more I'm impressed with the Anglicans of our day, and it is because of people of such intellectual integrity as he that the Anglican church, I think, will remain and may grow to thrive. If you should happen upon this note, sir, know that I congratulate you on being an exemplary Christian, and thank you for bringing a breath of fresh air back to us, which it seems had departed since the time of Lewis.
N.T. Wright is a truly inspired man. He is not afraid to state what he believes to be true, even when it doesn't agree with mainstream Christian views.
On 2-7-2008, in TIME magazine, he discusses how the mainstream Christianity's view of heaven is wrong. He goes on to explain the truth according to the Bible about life after death. It's remarkable how closely it coincides with what the LDS faith (Mormons) have always believed.
Unfortunately, the mormons have already divided the Earth among them, believing they are THE ONLY ONES being saved. For them, nothing changes, spiritually speaking, it's just that the rest, the "unbelieving" plebs, will get out of the way.
Blimey hes a bit articulate isn't he!
