you don't need to restore your iPhone when doing the 3.0 jailbreak. you just upgrade to 3.0 and do everything that this dude showed in the video. it's the same process, just using different devices.

If it's stuck on the apple boot logo then plug it in to ur iTunes. Make sure it's on. Look for a video to but it in dfu mode on YouTube. Same thing happened to me but my iTunes recognized it. The reason for this happening is cause I had stuff on my phone but if u restored and did what he said then ur shit out of luck. PLS quickpwn come out with 3.0
