Yes, its not a secret she is Jewish so is her husband Leonid Agutin. She is a Russian pop singer and does not deny her Jewish heritage, dont know anything about her parents but i can tell you from personal experience that people russian jews left russia for many reason, many have since at least temporary returned, and many go back and forth.
