quarantine it's not bad, but REC shure is way better...REC is darker, wich makes it more scary... besides there's a completly innecesary scene on quarantine... when the camera dude kills the rat... WTF with that?? it wasnt necesary... Quarantine has so much light!! and also... when the fireman falls, in Quarantine is completly expected(look at the camera, it's an open take so you can see him falling)... that does not hapen on REC, he simply falls out of nowhere

In [Rec] they used unknown, spanish actors, which made it look more realistic

In Quarantine they used known actors, so it didn't look real anymore.

I was conctantly saying: "He's Boris the Blade from Snatch, and he's Paxton from Hostel. Oh, she's Maya from Heroes."

It's like listing A-list actors to play regular citizens and then call it reality tv
