BEST TIP ABOUT BEING A SERVER: put on act as soon as you walk in the dinning room. then go back to the kitchen and curse them out.

This shows a good example of customer services and is a useful training video. The message is clear of what customers should expect, someone that listens to them. The objective was when the customer insisted on seeing the manager she did what she was asked to do when she realised she was unable to solve the problem, without dragging in out.

We own a bar/restraunt, and as an owner, have said told people to go f%@k off more than once. If they are rude, manipulitve or unreceptive to any help offerred we feel no need to bend to that clientel. It is a great feeling for those who wish they could do the same....
