Those roads doesnt look that bad at all. Concrete is more durable than paved roads, they can last for almost 40+ years without big repairs. A paved road has to be renewed every 15 years.

Our Highways are designed to take the shock of a earthquake. Our roads are not in poor conditions. The whole entire city is covered in concrete. We have street sweeper vehicles to clean our streets every morning. Cant say the same thing about Puerte Rico. You have never even been to Los Angeles

Loksy is right. Its the second biggest city in the U.S of course it's gonna be dirty you moron. And the only reason Vegas stays clean is because its in the middle of the desert so a lot of the wind and dust keeps stuff clean.

sometimes what it is, is people entering the freeway and people slow down to let them in or they move to the left than people start breaking and slow everything down.
