  • @citank make sure the MIDI settings on both fruity loops and nuendo are set for the tascam ports! If you haven't set up the MIDI to go into the program, well that's why it doesn't work.

  • i dont think you have enough computer monitors

  • Nice set up!!! I'm currently build a home studio based around a korgd32xd and a pc with cubase, thanks or the inspiration!

  • cool studio

  • that mic is the best piece NEUMANN ALL DAY

  • WOW this is a real hustle and flow!!!!

  • Good job. Not very pleasing to the eye but it gets the job done and that's all that matters in the end.

  • WOW nice studio man, i got a question are u using one computer or 4 computers?

  • Hey thanks bro ..

    I'm using 3 computers.

I have a PC for creating drums with FruityLoops 3 Drum Sequencer .

I have a MacOSX PowerMac G5 with 2.5 Terabytes of Hard Drive space & 6 Gigs of RAM running Final Cut Studio 2, Shake 4, PhotoShop CS, AfterEffects and crap like that ..

I have another MacOSX PowerMac G5 with 1.5 Terabytes of Hard Drive space & 4 Gigs of RAM running ProTools 7.1 with the Digi-002R & a Digimax FS to give me 16 inputs total (great for live rec) .

    Thanks for watching ..

  • nice studio man! good job!

  • Nice Studio Bro! How much is your studio worth bro?

  • that studio is sick dude

  • thanxs bro'

All I did was buy sheet rock and wood and built away .

Not bad for a home studio .

The carpet traps the highs enough so they don't cancel each other out in the booth .

I put bumps in the carpet in the booth as well as the carpet in the drum room, which forces the low frequencies to not cancel each other out .

I fU*kin love it, but I live in the country where there aren't many bands looking to record so I use it for my own music .

Forces you to learn all instruments ...

  • nic3 studio man..

how long did all of this tak3 to build?.

  • ThaNKS.

  • Nice, Do you edit movies?

Do you edit movies, short films, music?

I would like to start to edit, efects, animate, short and long films, what input can you give to me in order to start.

I'm thinking of Macbook Pro w/Final cut studio, Canon HV20 Camcorder.

WouldI needto get a second screen in order to watch my progress on a bigger screen and only work on the MBP?

    Thank you.

  • Yo, I use Final Cut Studio 2 with a PowerMac G5 & 6GB of RAM. You're gonna need it. The CAnon HV20 is good, I would check to see if it shoots 24p. I looked it up and it shoot 1080i High-Def which is good but probably at 30 fps without the option of shooting at 24 fps (give you a 'Motion Picture FILM' look).

But not to worry cause you can add an FILM effect to the clip within FCP ... cool huh ??

I use the Canon GL2 and soon the XL2.

Let me know how it goes ...
