@MrEmmanuuel Thats because the Final Shine is a quicker charge version of the Final Flash. I'ts weaker but still packs a punch with a very fast charge, even faster then Galick Gun.

@xxstealerxx They don't do the power levels anymore. After the Freeza bit in the Android arc, they stopped talking about power levels. After that, they refer to it as ki. But the dub has them call it power levels. You can still fuse, you just have to lower your ki if yours is higher.

He stopped being Goku's rival and stopped being a true anti hero. What made Vegeta special from the others was that his development lasted for three story arcs while the rest only lasted for one.
