So this scene is phenomenal!!! the song playing: Today Has Been Ok also played in season 2 when Derek had his breakdown about chosing Meredith of Addison in the elevator and Bailey stopped it for him!!

I LOVE Derek Bailey moments!! They are soooo cute together, especially in their I would say "signature" elevator scenes. Derek is like that comforting big brother sometimes and sometimes she is the comforting big sister.
