Okay, I can figure that I really need a good tripod and a good tripod head. Would you please tell me what metal tripod that you are demonstrating and the tripod head too? I am looking to get one just like that because I plan to mount a jib camera to shoot some video. Thank you

@didanhtennis Metal tripod is most likely GITZO series 3 STUDEX PERFOMANCE and just like mine GITZO tripod it is probably from late 1980's or 1990's. My tripod was ,other than my house,best investment, ever.Twenty-two years latter and still looks and works like first day I bought that.If you planing to buy tripod,please consider only serious brand like Gitzo and Manfroto or do not even bother.Those cheap ones are just the toys.

@MrCROBosanceros Is this okay? Bogen Series 3 Carbon 6x Tripod 4 Section. It's $690. There are just so many and I don't know what to buy but I will focus on the Gitzo and Manfrotto. But I really want a tripod that can also support a camera crane too. Can you recommend one? The crane doesn't have to be really big, just a 8' crane at front end and a the other end is for counterweight.
