Both of my Shih Tzu's do those jerky movements sometimes, too! This breed of dog is the best! I wouldn't take a million bucks for mine. =)

Our shih tsu does that with a stuffed animal. He crumples it into a ball then goes to sleep on top of it with it's head in his mouth!
