  • Still awesome. Chrysler made a slam dunk with last years, because Eminem is a total badass in this commercial, and Eastwood does well in the new one. Props to you Chrysler.

  • everything eminem touches turns to gold; perhaps let eminem touch this fucking economy that obama has bombed to hell!

  • @TraumaER dude get your shit straight you imperialistice narrowsighted capitalist. The Bush government and the predecessors has fucked up the american economy, and it cannot be saved because all americans are overreligious, selfish, narrowsighted, retarded people.

  • @Potatomasherdk

    Your trolling is obvious.

  • goosebumps every time, makes me want to go to detroit

  • Excellent video. Shows Detroit at its best. Buy American automobiles.

  • @2323srb no way; eminem rules but not even him can convince me to buy any shitty car made from the United States; Japan is #1!!!

  • I live near Buffalo and I can't help but feel part of the long-down trodden and long-forgotten working man from the Midwest. Great TV spot

  • @volkstraum The Buffalo area's politics has been dominated by a Democrat-socialist mindset for all my life. So has Detroit's.

  • wow guy what is all this shit lol .... just say DOPE commercial and move on haha

  • This is just as much a commercial about Michigan in general. The point is that Michigan is not dead. We are coming back and though we have suffered many years of despair, that despair is driving us to a better tomorrow. We are Michigan, we are proud, and we have the mental strength to get through anything!

  • @nicholasfranklinhoov The USSR wasn't dead either...until it finally died. Only in Leftist lalaland like the USSR or Detroit does "despair drive us to a better tomorrow". They should make a commercial--with tax dollars--about it:

BUY A CHRYSLER; LET DESPAIR DRIVE YOU TO A BETTER TOMORROW

Brilliant Lefties! We're so proud of you!

  • Buy American cars, have pride in your country and buy the BETTER product. Wake up America!

  • Sad to see the right wing robots on here.

Be proud of your car makers, if they go, all that car culture is gone, and you will be driving Jap Crap.

Every Automobilr making nation has helped its car industry, some have always helped.

Typical of Ameica with its fake democracy and 2 right wing parties for some to complain.

  • @FGalaxie >>Typical of Ameica with its fake democracy...for some to complain<<

You and I have a very different understanding of democracy.

  • @happystance5able Thats right, im not an insular American.

See the world, study how proper democracies work.

Not the fake American one, with 2 right wing parties.

  • @FGalaxie >>Not the fae American one, with 2 right wing parties<<

Yeah, America doesn't subscribe to Leftism enough. Afterall, Leftists are the ones who control all the countries in the world where citizens leaving them is considered "an escape" by their governments. We need more of that kind of thinking in America. You're right!

  • @happystance5able No America doesnt describe to democracy enough, thats what you mean.

When you look at proper democracies around the world they have parties from both sides of the political spectrum.

America is basicaly a militocacy or a theocracy at times. Scarey shite.

Western Eu, Aus, NZ, Canada are more real democracies.

  • @FGalaxie Democracy is 3 wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. America is better than that. We're a Constitutional Republic founded on individual rights that come from God/Nature and which imperatively have nothing to do with owning the right to other people's labor.

  • @happystance5able Man some Yanks are bad lol

America is a republic founded on democratic principles. like all the other republics.

God hahahaha, what happened to seperation of church and state? How it should be.

America is better than noone, all it has better now is its military.

False freedom. Freedom to be poor and die on the street if you arent from the wasp/jew ruling class.

  • Im proud to say that I have a hand in building the 200, I have the scars to prove it.This commercial is not about socialism or politics, its about a city and a company thats trying to restore its image that has been bashed in the public image. So before you pass judgement step foot into detroit and the factories from which these cars are made and you will see Americans putting there blood sweat and tears into something they believe in.

  • @TheRo1320 >>putting there blood sweat and tears into something they believe in<<

Doesn't matter what you believe in. Maybe you subscribe to a false belief. Why should Americans who produced products/services of proven value to society--because people voluntarily gave enough of their own money in exchange for those products/services to produce a profit--why should they be forced to subsidize your using up scarce resources for products of no proven value to society? Pay for your own "beliefs"!

  • Hey all haters this city goes through alot were not gonna act like the babies in new York were used to all the shit u give us but only a real man can handle this city u live here u are a working class citizen the best kind of citizen if not ur a little pussy who can't handle the real world

  • @sportslegend09 >>only a real man can handle this city<<

Sorry, you look like pussies to me here:

    watch?v=vh71UlnbkeM

Those aren't real men and women. Those are children lined up for their next handout. Those are cows lined up for milking. Those are definitely not real men and women. Those are Democrat voters in Detroit, 44% of whom are illiterate and who put Otis Mathis in charge of their school board. You're idiots.

  • outlander1966 is right. This commercial is not putting Detroit over all the other cities. Everything he said is true. Detroit is an amazing city, and so are all the cities that make America great.

  • A vision:@happypranceonatable's freshman debate team suffered an embarrasing defeat @Wayne State University. While @happypants4astable's rebuttal was being dissected in public, his girlfriend -who refused to go "all the way"- was pulling a train in the broomclost with three WSU brothers and the 2nd shift Quality Inspection Team from McGraw Glass. To the beat of M&M's 'Without Me'. Now he sits in his mom's basement 4evR; posting about Detroit, taxes hs's never paid and women he's never laid .

  • Ooops! They made a mistake. Scratch "Imported from Detroit"!

    They meant:

    BORROWED FROM CHINA

    usdebtclock(org)

  • This AMAZING commercial shows you all the incredible things the unemployed people of Detroit do regularly as they await their next unemployment check from the socialists. They skate! They jog! They even get together and sing in empty theaters! It's TOTALLY AMAZING AND VERY AMERICAN! AWESOME! Of course, the theater's empty--no paying audience members--'cause everybody's unemployed and out for themselves; expecting their next government handout just like Chrysler is.

  • Dear @happystance4able: You stupid, angry, opinionated twerp. Your profile says you are 23 years of age. Have you even paid taxes yet? Or are mommy and daddy still claiming you as a dependant? Do you hate Detroit, which gave birth to the middle class? The same middle class that has allowed you to sit in your mommy's basement typing 23 posts over seven days hating on Chrysler, Detroit, capitalists, socialists, advertising, etc. ad nauseum. We know your hatred's genesis: It's Lackanooki.

  • There's ironic symbolism in this. When the socialists move into a theater that the capitalists have built (when socialist Chrysler is in the Fox) the seats become vacant and you end up with singers paid tax dollars to perform for nobody. This is what socialists do: create societal dysfunction while indulging in stupid ego trips.

  • The Fox is one of the very last monuments to the principles that made Detroit strong; those of private entrepreneurship. Its success is entirely the result of massive renovation recently done, not by socialists, but by the billionaire Ilitches who began making their billions in 1959--before socialism overtook the city--by founding Little Caesars. Socialism destroyed Detroit. Chrysler is socialist.

  • I fricking LOVE this commercial!! Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep make the BEST cars out there, PERIOD!!! I should know, I have three Jeeps and I love them all...and to all you people putting them down, just shut up and keep driving your crappy jap cars. Just don't call yourselves Americans, cause to me you're nothing but traitors.

  • While I wholeheartedly agree with a lot of what people are saying about how much a waste the millions of dollars spent on the ad. My question is why does that ad have to put down other american cities (nyc, the windy city (chicago), and the emerald city (seattle) to puff itself up?

  • @byron55555 >>why does that ad have to put down other american cities...to puff itself up?<<

Because that's what socialists do; they steal from some Americans to give to other Americans. They don't know how to actually generate real wealth, where everyone involved ends up better off. Only capitalists know how to do that. Chrysler is a socialist company. 11.5% of it is owned by the national governments of the US and Canada.

  • You misunderstand. The commercial is stating that Detroit is not a glamorous place like those other aforementioned cities. It says Detroit has been to hell and back. It says that Detroit is about more than just what you read in the paper. It says Detroit is the Motor City. It's business is making cars. I believe the Emerald City being referred to is the Magical city from Oz, although I could be wrong. It doesn't matter. It is not putting those other cities down. If anything, it salutes them.

  • Detroit is the greatest city in the world. Amazing things have happened here that have happened nowhere else. We are the Motor City, and we top all the other cities because we are hard workers and great citizens. We have true spirit, and if you people that think your better than us that have not even been here, come and see the true meaning of hard work and dedication. I am a Detroiter for life, and I amd proud of it.

  • what foul bitter cranky snide attitude....

  • @happystance5able YOU are what's wrong with America--instead of spending hours on end on the internet bitching to everyone/no one why don't you get off your ass and do something about it if you don't like.

  • when i was at the super bowl party at my friends house we saw this and was yelling and screaming 313 detroit

  • Imported from da D!!!!!!!

  • whos narrating this?

  • Howard you dummy the Fox theatre isn't a church its a theatre

  • @gigantes54 ohh. even though its a theater does he really need a black choir in the background i mean come on

  • @howardthecoward07

Dear uninformed yet always willing to pontificate angry child: The population of Detroit is 80% black. Please explain why the advertising agency should have imported the Mormon Tabercracker Choir from some other city to sing in a commercial that is as much about Detroit as it a car or car company.

  • why the fuck does he go into a black church? I mean be white for one you loser.

  • @howardthecoward07 its a fuckin theater use your fuckin brains for once u loser and stop hating

  • @MrSmokinhotdude god damn cock suckin ass lickin fuckin son of a bitch don't get pissed at someone

you sound like a jail sentence waiting to happen or maybe you already been there

  • i think this is one of the best commercial ever!! and a good slogan too!! i like it :)

  • good commercial but ford rulz

  • When did they get back from hell?

  • Being from the d I just wish it was a ford commercial

  • Love it! My new slogan!

  • This Video is so awesome i cant stop watching it over and over

it makes me so proud to be from Detroit. and the video only shows a little of whats great about our city, our cars, our people, and what weve been through. but it was sooooo powerful i think the world got a glance of the new Detroit AND WHERE THIS NATION IS GOING. IT ALL STA...RTS HERE !!!! LOVE IT GREAT JOB CHRYSLER

  • Powerful and so true. Imported from Detroit. We are proud Americans.

This makes me want to buy a Chrysler.

  • THIS IS WHAT WE DO

Love for the D, my hometown forever

  • Only a real man can handle this city

  • Get'em Em

  • @happystance4able: That's BULLSHIT!! More talk from someone whose never even been to DETROIT!! Get your FACTS right son!!

  • fuck yeaa haha

  • Do ya thang Detroit!!!!

  • Happystance... those "tax payer dollars" were loaned to Chrysler with higher interest than you pay on your mortgage, or car probably. Chrysler is repaying those loans, and has completely revamped their entire lineup over the past 18 months. I guess if I hit you with the facts that before the 1999 merger of equals with Diamler, Chrysler was the most profitable automaker in the World, with a great line-up and 8 billion in the bank, meeting their pensions for 99 years. What happened? Diamler.

  • @hoosyourdaddyo >>higher interest than you pay on your mortgage, or car probably<<

because Chrysler can make more money from that loan than I'll ever make from my car or house. However, had I been allowed to keep my share of that government bailout money, I could have used it to improve MY life. Maybe I'd have made money off that fruit of my own goddam labor, instead of Chrysler and federal officials profiting off my back. I'll never buy Chrysler or Government Motors again.

  • @happystance4able You do realize that BMW, VW, Ford and Toyota all recieved some of your "hard earned money" from the TARP bailout, right? In addition, by your standards you wouldn't buy ANY cars from any car makers, because every single one of them has received subsidies of one form or another from the US and State Governments.

  • @hoosyourdaddyo If a thug is stealing my money and handing it out to his friends so they can make and sell stuff; if he's handing it out in various amounts depending on the political value to the thug of the receiver of my hard-earned tax dollars, I will look around and find out who's getting the least of my money--I will look for who is the most opposed to the thug--and I will buy only products from that entity to punish the thug's closest friends and undermine the thug's support.

  • @hoosyourdaddyo >>What happened? Diamler<<

I had no say in the Chrysler/Diamler merger. I had no veto power over those decisions and, had it proven to pay off big-time for the automakers, their profits would have been all theirs. I'd have gotten none of it. But for some reason, since the merger ended up sucking balls, I'm supposed to pick up the tab. Chrysler's profits would have been private; their losses are socialized. That doesn't foster wiser decision-making for the future.

  • @happystance4able yet you are happy to pick up the tab for americas foreign adventures and bad things it does around the world.

  • @FGalaxie Yes, foreign policy-making is an appropriate federal function. I sure don't believe in the federal government financing wasteful use of scare resources in the business community. Business that waste resources need to go out of business, not be given bailouts.

  • @happystance4able waffle, waffle, more extreme right wing theory.

the nazis would be proud of you mate.

  • @hoosyourdaddyo You are so right. Bob Eaton should have been hung for profiting (69 million I heard) from that "merger of equals". I hate Daimler for what they did to us. Mercedes used to mean something good. Not anymore. Long live Chrysler, GM, Ford and of couse Detroit.

  • @bc1blue AMEN, thank God there's at least one person here who gets it. Robber Eaton and Dieter Shrimp can kiss my ass.

  • Awesome ad! With the benefit of 9 million taxpayer dollars, Chrysler's telling you "This is what we do." 44% of Detroit adults have reading comprehension below 6th-grade level; meaning nearly half of Detroit adults couldn't graduate from elementary school; about the same literacy rate as that of the Central African Republic after being ruled by a cannibal-emperor throughout the '70s and '80s. That's Detroit run by liberal Democrats cannibalizing the system. This is what they do. Indeed!

  • @happystance4able: Easy to hide behind a handle and spout talking points. You prove so many points for me. 1)Conservatives in the new millennium are cowards. 2) The reason they spout their anger in this manner is that they are inherent control freaks. Its like tax cuts. Rich people get to keep more money, more money = more power. When u step up to the urnial buddy, don't look up to read the graffiti, the joke is in your hand.

  • @jgelden >>they are inherent control freaks...tax cuts...rich people get to keep more money, more money = more power<<

Wanting to seize the fruit of other people's labor--assuming it's your right to have their $ spent on what YOU value--THAT'S being a control freak!! You don't make any sense. EARNING more money = helping more people in a way that uses scarce resources efficiently. Spending that earned money is getting something back for what you've done for others. Not power; Achievement.

  • @happystance4able Nice analysis. Too bad you don't really get it. BTW..are you one of the people the commercial talks about that have never been to Detroit?

  • @MrDennyman >>are you one of the people...never been to Detroit?<<

Have you ever stuck your head in a toilet and flushed it? If not, then don't dis swirly-lovers! The drug culture coupled with high incidence of crime have shrunk Detroit's population from a peak of 1.8 million in 1950 to half that today, leaving 40 square miles of unproductive, vacant land. Most parts of the city, littered with abandoned buildings, are havens for crime and drugs. 70% of Detroit murders go unsolved.

  • The Democrats of Detroit would rather turn 40 square miles of their city into farmland than abandon the stupid socialist principles that got them into their stupid mess in the first place. Those idiot, socialism-loving fuckups will have to raze the rest of their damn city by the time they're done with it. Theirs is a tribalist mentality and they're never gonna get over it. They're idiots. 44% of them can't even read, so they hired somebody who also can't read to lead their school board. IDIOTS!

  • This is awesome! A $9 million dollar ad paid for by you, the taxpayer. These guys, by the way are requesting more taxpayer dollars. They want more money and they want a "better deal" on the bailout money they're already getting. The owners of Chrysler are sick of you loan-shark, taxpaying shysters who haven't given them the favorable rates they think they're entitled to.That's "what they do", indeed. LOL The Democrats pols in Detroit are like that too.

  • Once upon a time, photo-journalists used to document famous landmarks in European cities destroyed by the ravages of war. No bombs had to drop on Detroit. No, all it took was generations of liberal Democrat "leadership". That's what they do INDEED! It's called the "Liberal Bomb". Very destructive. Very powerful. More powerful than any conventional explosive. LOL

  • Awesome, slick, high-style ad that takes $9 million dollars of taxpayer money to tell us that a ruined city that is attracting the kind of French photo-journalism today that used to be reserved for African Banana Republics after a civil war; we're now being told "This is the model for America in the 21st Century" "This is what we do". Great message! Great ad! Very funny! LOL

  • @happystance5able taxpayer money? Are you telling me that Chrysler doesn't pay for its own ads?

  • @samsam29 This very ad was paid for out of the 6.6 BILLION tax dollars our Leftist government confiscated from efficient/productive Americans and gave to the wasteful/unproductive Chrysler. On June 10, 2009, Obama forced taxpayers to finance the sale of Chrysler. Obama paid $6.6 billion in tax dollars out of the US Treasury to Chrysler.

  • @happystance5able so technically I'm a producer of this masterpiece? I'm honored! ;)

  • @samsam29 >>so technically I'm a producer of this masterpiece? I'm honored! ;)<<

A bit like how African slaves produced the United States, perhaps. They'd have to have been pretty dumb to feel honored though, don't you think?

  • @happystance5able ever heard of sarcasm? :)

  • @samsam29 Sorry, I was out of it yesterday. Cheers!

  • Good to check in every couple days or so and see @happystance5able still at it. Every 2nd or 3rd post, this 23 year old kid [check his profile] is hating Chrysler or Detroit or Federal Loans or Eminem or something. @happypants4alabel = NEVER LAID & NEVER PAID. How much did the Fed make on the Iaccoca Loan, @happycrap4atable? How much advertising exposure did Chrysler garner from this commercial? No economics classes, @HS4? Would you prefer 9 million spent on Banker Bonuses like WallStreet?

  • @outlander1966 >>Would you prefer 9 million spent on Banker Bonuses<<

Not if it was tax dollars. Would you prefer somebody stole your sister's purse or your brother''s wallet? What? Never studied crime?

  • @happystance5able First of all, its Fiat's money that financed the ad. Second of all, since it is clearly lost on you, they are selling an attitude, not what kind of model a city can be. The attitude is that WE ARE NOT DEAD YET and making great cars is what we do.

So sad such to live a world through such cynicism.

  • @happystance5able: But unlike conservatives...they ain't pussies...like you.

  • @jgelden >>But unlike conservatives...they ain't pussies...like you<<

    watch?v=VsXkr80mYqI

  • @happystance5able Use your brain.... Detroit is suffering from the hubris of the AUTO industry. They didn't look to the future; they assumed they would dominate forever. Meanwhile, Toyota & other foreign automakers were building factories in their home country, ours & others. The sad part: Now they are innovating, expanding overseas and the money we (US taxpayers) gave them, as part of the bailout, is being used to create jobs in China (NOT Detroit). BTW: Reagan bailed them out the 1st time.

  • @36Batcave >>BTW. Reagan bailed them out the 1st time<<

Wrong. Iacocca approached the United States Congress on September 7, 1979 and asked for $1.5 Billion in loan guarantees. Congress passed the "Chrysler Corporation Loan Guarantee Act of 1979" and it was signed into law by DEMOCRAT PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER on January 7, 1980. This made Chrysler free to produce that piece-of-shit K platform that they ended up losing tons of money on throughout the 1990s. But who cares? It was only tax dollars.

  • @36Batcave ...but you just keep thinking Reagan bailed them out the 1st time. That's what the Leftists want you to think. Forget what I told you!

  • @happystance5able Hey, I guess all those Conservative Republicans who took their money and jobs to the suburbs and the south in an effort to make more money and get away from Black people and the years of Republican Governors and out-state legislatures who issue one bit of legislation after another to undercut the power of the people in Detroit to help stop these issues had NOTHING to do with it either. Yeah right.

  • @CArchivist Naturally. Civilized white families live in the south. The north is full of GDIs and colored vermin. :)

  • @happystance5able lol haters gonna hate

  • @happystance5able Taxpayers would have been on the hook either way. We could give the money upfront and hope to get the money back when the companies recovered (most of the loan was payed back) or we could've let thousands or autoworkers file for unemployment during a recession. As much as I hate the idea of paying for corporate neglagence, it was a better move for the economy if only from a risk/reward perspective. Also the Chrysler 200 is a sweet car IMO.

  • @chargersblowify >>hope to get the money back<<

Taxpayers won't be getting anything back. The fruit of their labor will remain in the hands of others who will spend it for their own personal gain. There's nothing in the agreement that has the federal government giving any money whatsoever back to the taxpayers. You're lost in collectivist delusion. Government officials regaining control of it doesn't equal taxpayers getting it back.

  • @chargersblowify >>we could've let thousands of autoworkers file for unemployment<<

Nope, couldn't let that happen. That would've made the Democrat socialists running things look bad. That's what this is all about; face-saving public relations for a failed ideology. It's all about sweeping the symptoms of socialist dysfunction under the rug.

  • What a bitch culture America has devolved into, personified by [@happystance5able].

If it's not somebody bitching about Eminem - "But I hate Rap! It's not music..." - it's somebody complaining about a 9 million dollar Superbowl ad. How many posts do you have on this thread, @happyprancer5able? Nothing else to do with your time? Nobody listens to you in the real world, so you escape to the 'net to pose? Do you understand the purpose of adverising, you stupid child? Return on investment.?

  • @outlander1966 >>Nobody listens to you in the real world, so you escape to the 'net to pose?<<

Well somebody's listening to happystance now, aren't they! You and me included! I had no idea Chrysler was bailed out until I read happystance's post, so I googled it and confirmed that everything he wrote is true--including the owners of Chrysler not being happy and wanting more free money. Because of happy's post, I'll never buy Chrysler again. kudos to happystance! I appreciate the information.

  • @outlander1966 >>return on investment<<

But who keeps any return on investment and gets to spend it for their personal/professional benefit, according to the Fed/Chrysler agreement? Those whose hard labor produced the wealth "invested"(i.e. the taxpayers) or Chrysler/Government fat cats? Only in the world of political rhetoric do "investments" always pay off. If "investing" in Chrysler was such a bright idea, why couldn't they attract private investors? This isn't investment; It's theft!

  • Comment removed

  • @goondizzle Fair enough! Thank you for considering my opinions. All the best to you!

  • @happystance5able Funny that Detroit's auto makers are paying back the money with interest and they only received a sliver of a fraction that Wall Street received whom I don't believe are paying theirs back.

  • @dmvdet There's nothing in the agreement that requires the money be returned to the taxpayers from whom it was originally confiscated. If Detroit gives it back to the federal government, it will remain under the control of federal officials who can use it again to further their professional careers. It will never be "paid back". You are conflating the federal government with the people who are forced to pay for it. They are not the same. Pull your head out of the clouds!

  • @happystance5able GM has already payed back a large portion of the money ahead of schedule. Chrysler received help from the government the same way in 1979 and payed it all back with interest then as well. I don't understand what you mean that it will never be "paid back" If the money is returned to the source with interest. The only difference is now the source has more from the interest. I just don't think the Big Three should be looked down upon the same way as Wall Street.

  • @dmvdet >>I just don't think [GM/Chrysler] should be looked down upon the same way as Wall Street<<

I didn't support any bailouts but Wall Street took their hit because of poisonous mortgages that were injected into the credit system by liberal politicians/bureaucrats forcing lenders to make bad loans to Democrat-constituent groups. Google "redlining" and "affordable housing" and "community reinvestment". GM/Chrysler employees simply paid themselves more than they earned. Google GM Jobs Bank.

  • @dmvdet >>I don't understand what you mean that it will never be "paid back" if the money is returned to the source with interest<<

The source is the tax payers from whom the money was confiscated. They're written out of the deal. The deal's between the Federal Government--the entity that our Constitution exists explicitly to protect us from; so it's NOT us--and Chrysler/GM. The money never goes back to the tax payer.

  • @happystance5able Oops... I shouldn't say all of the Big Three because Ford refused help from the Feds :)

  • @dmvdet Because Obama bailed out the most wasteful, least useful automakers, vast amounts of scarce resources--from the materials/energy used to make cars nobody wants, to the labor expended--continue to be wasted and critical feedback from consumers regarding the value of what it produced has been rendered impotent in directing a wise allocation of these resources. Now these resources are wasted for the narrow purpose of serving Obama and his desire to win reelection despite all his failures.

  • ...and of course I mean more than just Obama. He's just the most prominent one; representing all the politicians using our hard-earned tax dollars for their own selfish interests and those of their political friends (especially the unions). They are not serving the public interest. The public interest is in scarce resources not being wasted. This goes explicitly against that public interest. It subsidizes wastefulness.

  • The Chrysler Eminem was driving was probably gone when he went back out for it.

  • @sully0719 Awesome!

  • Great stuff by Eminem. Maybe he can help build the statue of RoboCop in Detroit, in spite of Mayor Bing's objection. There is a facebook page devoted to this - "Citizens for RoboCop 2012". Our city needs to embrace our industrial gritty nature.

  • Epic commercial, best of the super bowl

  • I think this is a really positive message. Good for Eminem for advertising and supporting his city. You gotta respect that kind of mindset.

  • No balls? I think the guy has plenty of balls. In fact, he's standing up and defending his...excuse me...OUR city against people like you and that other quack who claim to know what we're about. I even read one comment where some fool claimed to have seen a gang tagging, gun fight and a drug deal within hours of each other. BS. It does make me laugh though, considering I live downtown Detroit and have seen almost none of that in the many years I've lived here. I saw worse in Pittsburgh, PA when

  • @nkoorhan22 Thank you, my friend.

  • im going to by that car

  • Detroit hustles harder

  • Run202-It is the fools like you that the commercial is targeting. Why don't you move to China? DETROIT ROCKS!!!

  • Detroit IS the Motorcity and always will be. Eminem could live anywhere in the world but CHOOSES to stay here in DETROIT. Thank you.

  • Is FIAT now making Chryslers? Once Fiat starts making them the quality and reliability will definably go up!

  • @kennethj1956 nah, right now they are still made by Chrysler. It is the Fiat 500 that will sell under a Chrysler badge

  • Town been to hell and back? I thought they still on t heir way to hell?

  • @Quy4life: if Detroit is "still on its way to Hell," then me and the rest of my city will see your illiterate punk ass there.

  • I wonder how much he got paid just to say that....

  • Great commercial... I love Eminem

  • what eminem song is this? i cant think of the name

  • @rpsmith014 I thought it was Lose Yourself... could be wrong though.

  • @xcarpenterkx it is Lose Yourself

  • Thats the best slogan ever: imported from Detroit

  • Sick commercial, they really made you proud of the history while, keeping it "cool" and up to date with the rap sensation Eminem. I'm not from Detroit and i hate Chrysler but I'm in the mood to buy one now.

  • WoW i love eminem and michigan!!! go ppl from michigan and eminem fans!!!!

and then all u ppl that hate eminem and michigan

    i only i have 1 thing to say 2 u

GO TO MICHIGAN AND SIT DOWN AND LISTEN 2 EMINEM (:

  • WoW i love eminem and michigan!!! go ppl from michigan and eminem fans!!!!

  • I'll say it to all the haters: In the commercial, it talks about people like you...and you aren't smart enough to even realize it! When he says something like "Detroit is different than what you've read or heard", it's talking about shit-talkers like you that have no evidence to back up anything they say!!! And then most of you post idiotic shit that you've READ or HEARD! You haters proved the commercial right! Ironic, eh?!

  • @jacquezd Just ignore this guy folks. He's what's wrong with America and obviously realizes it. Otherwise he wouldn't have to keep posting over and over.

  • @phototristan I'M what's wrong with America?! Holy crap! Damn, didn't know I was so important! But, you know...If you actually had a point other than "that guy is dumb" or "he's what's wrong", people could actually take you more seriously. Where are you from anyway? Let me rag on where you're from for a while, see how it suits you.

  • @jacquezd See, he's doing it again.

  • @phototristan Once again, he's talking...but little substance. Very little.

  • @jacquezd Look! It's trying to think!

  • @phototristan At least I can think. You don't seem to have the ability to engage in an intelligent conversation. Look at EVERY SINGLE ONE of your posts -- "This sucks", "That sucks", "You're dumb", etc, etc. Can you actually even come up with a decent argument...or are you just too fucking stupid? I'll go with the latter. Where you from by the way??? Don't want to say? And look at this video -- 467 likes, 10 dislikes -- I bet you just loooove that! I love how much that must chap your ass!

  • @jacquezd I was born and raised right here in Detroit. 'nuff said. Again you are what's wrong with this country. Think about that for a while. No use trying to argue with a pig.

  • @phototristan Your city sucks! :) And you're repeating yourself by the way, thought you didn't like that?! LOL!

If I'm the problem w America, America doesn't have many problems at all! Just proud of my hometown guy, even if some feel there is little to be proud of. I'm going to stand up for it, sorry. I mean, come on, one guy is trying to claim he visited Detroit and saw numerous gang-related activities in a span of a few hours! I've heard more believable claims from Amway salesmen. Absurd.

  • @jacquezd you talk a lot of shit for having no balls

  • @0Jamster0 Come on through and I'll put my balls in your mouth for you!

  • @jacquezd I do apologize. I read back on the comments, He started it and you win! Lol my bad dude

  • @xioxio117 No prob.
