I hate the negative comments here. You search for a Wehrmacht video just to spread your pathetic comments. You are fed with lies from the government and movies. They make the Wehrmacht, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe, and Kriegsmarine look like merciless robots. The Allies killed innocent German people and also POWs. The bombed cities where civilians lived. If they did that to civilians how much more to the POWs

Several months ago I watched a documentary about all the atrocities committed by the Waffen SS and the Wehrmacht (the German army). They were very dedicated soldiers, but their memories are stained with the blood of the countless innocent civilians they murdered, men, women, boys and girls.

The people of Rotterdam surrendered! Then the bastard Nazis still bombed the town! And killed tens of thousands of innocent people.

I'm half Dutch. Those Nazi scum got what they had coming to them.

And how do you know that ALL of the German soldiers had no conscience? My granddad was struggling with his conscience until he died, and he didn't even commit anything close to a murder or war crime. He killed Russian soldiers in combat (well, he wouldn't have survived otherwise) and could never cope with it. I'm sure he wasn't the only soldier who had a conscience.

Look, I give respect to the German soldiers that fought and died for their country. They fought for all they had. But, I disagree with the regime behind it. The Nazi party was corrupt and bent on war. Many Wehrmacht generals defected Germany because they knew what Hitler was doing was radical and unjust. Just my opinion.

the average german soldier fought for his country the same as any other soldier in ww2 did,they were christian,were led to believe that WW2 was declared on them and the attack on russia was a pre-emptive strike against communism,the wehrmacht did commit some atrocities,but these were either nazi orders or the acts of a few individuals,as a whole the german army didn't differ that much from the western armies and their soldiers were better on a 1v1 basis,brave men indeed fighting for a false flag
