@RachelF19 As a suffer of aspergers i no the difficuties that ppl like me face every day its hard and deppressing and often goes hand in hand with ADHD and dislexia i suffer from all three i have been bullied for 12 yrs. I don't know about her, but he definitely exhibits classic symptoms of Asperger's behavior. Watch him during the first 20 seconds of their interview, he's scarcely aware of her little outburst, all his attention is focused on stuff that's above and around him. He barely even acknowledges her until she speaks directly to him. It looks like he's checking out whatever architecture is composing the room around him. Same thing I do whenever I find myself in a room I've never been in before.

Aspergers is bullshit. I was diagnosed with Asperger's disorder in 2005, and for a while, I believed that it actually meant something. Then as I grew up, I realized that Asperger's disorder was nothing but a lie, and give people who are cynical assholes an excuse to act like such. They think it justifies all forms of social retardation, and they think they're smart, while in reality, people that think they have Aspergers, are actually self centered pricks.

I'm not in special education and i don't have an assistant. i am in all the top classes and i am doing well. I even have "friends". In fact, none of the kids with asperger's in my school are in special education.
This sort of behavior being labled as 'aspbergers' makes me inclined to believe that most NT's percieve any sort or variation of autism, as straight up classical autism/retarded, a stereotype in and of itself.
It leads me to wonder if all those non-verbal skills have left normal peoples minds incapable of accepting anything other than a slurry of very basic short-hand concepts and stereotypes, from which higher ideas are then built from, like Lego blocks.
Im not convinced these 2 have aspbergers, as they wouldn't be spouting such overt and ham-handedly basic social ineptness. I am an aspie, and having been put into the 'special classes' of the public fool system since elementary, i can say with ironclad assuredness, that this bunch of kids have more classical forms of autisms.

Aspergers is bullshit. I was diagnosed with Asperger's disorder in 2005, and for a while, I believed that it actually meant something. Then as I grew up, I realized that Asperger's disorder was nothing but a lie, and give people who are cynical assholes an excuse to act like such. They think it justifies all forms of social retardation, and they think they're smart, while in reality, people that think they have Aspergers, are actually self centered pricks.

When it comes to Asperger's syndrome (even in comparison to other conditions), there's a great deal of variance. Variance of what symptoms are exhibited and the severity of said symptoms

I love bullying aspies in my school, lol I love how they fake cry everytime I give them a punch. They don't have any emotions anyway like a real human have so it's okay punching them daily haha, I know it's bit cruel bu they are subhumans like any other punching bag.. they are good for nothing anyways.

This sort of behavior being labled as 'aspbergers' makes me inclined to believe that most NT's percieve any sort or variation of autism, as straight up classical autism/retarded, a stereotype in and of itself.
It leads me to wonder if all those non-verbal skills have left normal peoples minds incapable of accepting anything other than a slurry of very basic short-hand concepts and stereotypes, from which higher ideas are then built from, like Lego blocks.

Im not convinced these 2 have aspbergers, as they wouldn't be spouting such overt and ham-handedly basic social ineptness. I am an aspie, and having been put into the 'special classes' of the public fool system since elementary, i can say with ironclad assuredness, that this bunch of kids have more classical forms of autisms.

things like aspergers and learning disabilities like ADD and ADHD sound awfully veig to me. I think we just have to accept that all people are different and that we don't all think or act the same way and trying to "diagnose" these differences and make people more conscious about them is a bit ridiculous.
