And $1100 for the trailer is a damn sweet deal. In my area the ones at auction that are similar to yours sell for around that price. The dealers and private sellers want a lot more for the same quality. Can't wait to see it with the deck installed!

Awesome deal, Bloke! $1100 is chump change for a trailer like that, and to have it delivered on top of that! Great! The basement looks excellent too, great job! I like Rick's idea of getting a bigger, quieter, more powerful generator to power all three trailers, but I'd be willing to bet that'll get expensive with gas. But worth looking in to and doing the math.

I recommend using that brown-red stain used on those outdoor jem- sets that are on playgrounds and in peoples gardens. I've used it, and it works much better than Thompson's Water-seal.
