it's probably saved as a [piv*] file. so. open your animation in pivot. then press: file

then press: save as

then click on the: file type (being [piv*])

then save it as a: [gif] file.

you should be able to upload that. let me know if you have any problems. and when it's on youtube let me know. i'd like to see it.

well i animate in pivot. i think the frame rate was 10 or 11. i edit in vegas 5.0, then render it, then i render again to change the file size so i can put it on youtube. but i think the rendering is what you were talking about.
