Brian May: the wonderful, talented man who wrote this stunning song. My favourite Queen member with an amazing guitar and even better hair. To this day, he keeps Queen alive alongside Roger Taylor; both deserve to be knighted for all their efforts. Brian has written some of my favourite Queen songs (this, Hammer to Fall, The Prophet's Song, White Queen, the list goes on).
In celebration of Dr. May's achievements, I want to wish him a very happy 64th birthday today, and may God bless him.
Nice vid, first LP i ever bought; reminds me of the development of later shred bands...very few people write songs wot are not 'influenced' by others. Queen were exceptional!
Queen II is definitely their best album, and this is one of the best cuts. Now that I have raised 2 sons, the song makes perfect sense. At some point I will ask them to play this at my funeral.
Pardon me, but that would be "Some Day, One day" and "The Loser in the End".
My second favorite Queen Album. "The Fairy Feller's Master-Stroke" this song "Nevermore" "Seven Seas of Rhye" "The March of the Black Queen" and "Procession" are (in my opinion) really great songs. The others are good as well.
My Favorite Queen album would be "A Night at the Opera", but NOT because of "Bohemian Rhapsody". " '39" "I'm in love with my car" and "Love of my life" are the ones that make the album my favorite
This, is the best song ever made by queen, my father played this to me as child, and i've grown up with this particular song more than any other Queen song. It has influenced me in so many ways. Thanks for the upload
father to son is best song on queen 2 and one of all time queen best but almost unknown outside diehard fans. middle instrumental section is one of heaviest of classic rock era, awesome track!!!

I think Queen II contains better songs than this. First the heavy- riffs sounds terrific.
But soon you get tired of them. One Day
One Day, Lose at the End and Seven Seas of
Rhye are for example live longer.

Probably in the top ten list much better than radio ga ga or some of the other songs you'd expect to see in the average Queen fans lists
