the prosecution should be disappointed and surprised at the weak case that they presented to the court. had they actually convinced the jury that the woman was guilty without a reasonable doubt then she wouldn't have walked. but failed and have no one to blame but themselves for that and the idiots who blame the jury need to get their heads out of their asses and realize that they were making the decision based on the evidence presented. the defense did enough to create reasonable doubt.

@knoose that is circumstantial evidence. the prosecution would need to convince the jury so they can win the case. the defense did enough to provide reasonable doubt and in order for the jury to rule guilty in favor of a crime they need to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty. the prosecution failed to bring up a good case and built their whole case based on circumstantial evidence.
The Constitution outlines the fairest form of trial, innocent until proven guilty. She was 'proven guilty' with emotional CNN stories, without evidence. The DA and the police should have waited to arrest her until they had a solid case. We all know the Anthonys are responsible, but the physical evidence was not there. This was a bungled case from the start, based on heresay, theory, and assumption ..... those are not definitive proof. I am upset at the DA and police for blowing this slam dunk
