Writing a formula from a sequence

I need help finding the term with these numbers please: 0, 1, 3, 6, 10. If you know how I can get the term for these numbers that would be awesome. I have tried several ways: +1 x1, x0+1, x4-4, you name it.. I cannot get this. Pleasse if you help...
