The whole story of living in brazil and trying to kill himself in antartica and his relationship with Betty and Emil gradually turning into the abomination and fighting hulk at the end in new york was all in that draft. I wouldn't lie to you, you're my friend. But I would like to know exactly what it is that makes you such an athourity on the subject . . . .

He didn't get the credit because Zak Penn convinced the WGA to give it solely to himself because he's a bit of a faggot.

LOL! Now that we've seen this anti-intellectual, bad 80's monster movie; ya have to laugh at these comments. Gale Ann Hurd, she produced James Cameron's anti intellectual films, but those actually succeeded playing the lowest common denominator game. For a while, I actually feared that "incredible hulk" would upstage "hulk" the same way "Aliens" upstaged "Alien"; but it didn't even manage that much.

Wow, he's quite an intellectual and it's great how he thoroughly explains things when he's asked a question. not just a short, sharp rounded off answer. you can see he's put in the hard yards to get where he's gotten and you can tell he really enjoys and learns from every acting role he does experience. he obviously knows what he's doing and does it well. looks are just a bonus!

Bruce Banner is a Catholic in the Comics. Norton did in fact play a Catholic Priest in a past movie. I didn't say anything beyond that so why the hate? Oh, because everyone here is an Anti-Catholic Bigot and can't stand to have Catholicism even mentioned. Oh, ok. Next time put up a sign saying all Catholics Shot On Sight and I will stay away. Bring back a real actor for the part of the Hulk. It worked in the first series. So why change to a cartoon. No matter how well you animate him, his movements are too fast and over exagerated. And his face is totally out of portion. Look at the small noise and look at the space between the tip of his noise and the start of his upper lip. Too much space. Cartoon like. Hate the fake look.
Special effects are great for anything that isn't alive. Animators are not there yet to make it real.

Annan, did you see THe Incredible Hulk on MTV, Spike TV or VH1 last night, the teaser trailer and theatrical trailers weere awesome. THe sequel still, refelcts Ang Lee's Hulk film from 2003. Eric Bana as The Hulk wsa awesome he looked, very real and scary as well, as Edward Norton's coming interpretation when he faces Tim Roth's Emil Blonsky aka The Abomination. The fight between them will remind you of a fight between Superman and Doomsday.
The Leader is in the sequel film also, Tim Balke Nelson play's him we haven't seen him yet though. I also, heard that Ironman will make an appearance in the film, he did appear in an issue of the Incredible Hulk fighting aginst The Hulk instead of, fighting with him. Ironman and Hulk are a team and members of The Avengers. They will do a feature film probably after, Captain America in 2009 because of The Writer's Guild of America strike.

I think he might be a bit too old now to play any of the more prominent comic villains. Though back in the day I'm pretty sure he could have. I'm not sure what kind of movie he would be good in at this point though but I have seen how good of an actor he is so I'm sure he could find a movie that would give him the boost he needs to be back in the top. Oh and yes Mr. Murray is very good though i haven't seen him lately. I'm not too sure what to think of those games though. I'll be waiting to see.
Bill Murray recently, starred in Lost In Translation, Broken Flowers, Garfield 1 and 2 and other projects. We may see him return in Ghostbusters III whenever he gets approval from Columbia Pictures.

I totally agree! Personally I think Bana's best work was in Chopper back in 2000 and unfortunately since then he hasn't had either the chance (or the skill?) to prove himself to be at Norton's level.
If you look at the body of work both men there's no comparison and in some ways Norton is his generation's Daniel Day Lewis. Bana is good but Norton is a chameleon.

Oh, because everyone here is an Anti-Catholic Bigot and can't stand to have Catholicism even mentioned. Oh, ok. Next time put up a sign saying all Catholics Shot On Sight and I will stay away. Bring back a real actor for the part of the Hulk. It worked in the first series. So why change to a cartoon. No matter how well you animate him, his movements are too fast and over exagerated. And his face is totally out of portion. Look at the small noise and look at the space between the tip of his noise and the start of his upper lip. Too much space. Cartoon like. Hate the fake look.
Special effects are great for anything that isn't alive. Animators are not there yet to make it real.

Annan, did you see THe Incredible Hulk on MTV, Spike TV or VH1 last night, the teaser trailer and theatrical trailers weere awesome. THe sequel still, refelcts Ang Lee's Hulk film from 2003. Eric Bana as The Hulk wsa awesome he looked, very real and scary as well, as Edward Norton's coming interpretation when he faces Tim Roth's Emil Blonsky aka The Abomination. The fight between them will remind you of a fight between Superman and Doomsday.

The Leader is in the sequel film also, Tim Balke Nelson play's him we haven't seen him yet though. I also, heard that Ironman will make an appearance in the film, he did appear in an issue of the Incredible Hulk fighting aginst The Hulk instead of, fighting with him. Ironman and Hulk are a team and members of The Avengers. They will do a feature film probably after, Captain America in 2009 because of The Writer's Guild of America strike.

Well, ClericOdie, Michael Keaton isn't exactly outdated, Michael has the talent and tools to bounce back to the top, don't underestimate his intelliegence and skills. If Jean-Claude Van Damme can bounce back to Martial Arts fame Michael Keaton can come back, through projects from Tim Burton or other director's like Quentin Tarantino who worked, with Keaon on Jasckie Brown. Michael Keaton inspired young actors like Edward Norton to be successful I think.

You know I do believe this is the first intelligent argument I've ever had about an actors. Thanks for that. I do suppose he could but at the moment it doesn't seem like too many people have an interest for Keaton. After Batman his career started going downward. Maybe hes just winding down. Norton is making a very good choice with doing this movie because it'll put him in the forefront instead of being in the background. After this he'll be able to do basically any movie he has an interest in.

True, Edward Norton seems to be taking off like, Michael Keaton did when he was his age. Harrison Ford is doing pretty well he will return as Indiana Jones this year, Cleric, I did hear a rumor that Michael Keaton was going to play The joker in the Dark Knight, Crispin Glover is another candidate, he did Beowulf, Charlies Angel's films and Willard a while back, perfect Joker look. Keaton can play a comic book villain he was bad in Pacific Heights and Desperate Measures.

I think he might be a bit too old now to play any of the more prominent comic villains. Though back in the day I'm pretty sure he could have. I'm not sure what kind of movie he would be good in at this point though but I have seen how good of an actor he is so I'm sure he could find a movie that would give him the boost he needs to be back in the top. Oh and yes Mr. Murray is very good though i haven't seen him lately. I'm not too sure what to think of those games though. I'll be waiting to see.

Bill Murray recently, starred in Lost In Translation, Broken Flowers, Garfield 1 and 2 and other projects. We may see him return in Ghostbusters III whenever he gets approval from Columbia Pictures.

He outclasses Bana because of his award nominations, but Eric Bana is where Hugh Jackman is and is not necessarily outclassed by these more popular actors he is pretty well known now, look at Lucky You, his new film with Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johannsenn, Munich and Hulk from 2003. There are VERY few actors, if any that are as good as Norton at what he does. The guy's capable of playing every type of role imaginable to perfection and create an oscar-worthy performance out of it (whether he gets consideration or not). He's like the equivalent of 10 different actors, each great at what they do.

I totally agree! Personally I think Bana's best work was in Chopper back in 2000 and unfortunately since then he hasn't had either the chance (or the skill?) to prove himself to be at Norton's level.
If you look at the body of work both men there's no comparison and in some ways Norton is his generation's Daniel Day Lewis. Bana is good but Norton is a chameleon.
Anyway the film hasn't come out yet so there's not need to be negative about it yet. I'm sure Norton will be brilliant!

the first movie was so fuckin' boring! The only thing i liek about this movie is the transformations. beginning was boring! It took them 45 minutes just to finally get bruce to have his first hulkout! I'm suprised i was awake the whole time! Because of that movie, my best friend stopped being a huge hulk fan like me!The actors were great though especially Bana he was a goodBruce I hope 2008 movie will be better then this!
