I can't convince my bull terrier to jump in the pool. shes gonna be about 7 months old soon, is it maybe that shes too young? will she ever like the water?

@jmsaxmantha2nd If you want your Bull to swim you have to incentivate him, try to associate anything he likes with the pool, a toy or some food for exemple. Give him some reward when he goes near the pool.

My bull terrier is called Frodo floyd for short and um he always bites us sometimes really hard what shalll we do

mrfifa01 if your dog bite you, you should make it understand who is the boss. A dog who know its place doesnt bite its owner. :) It might be in play/dominance play, and thats not good. Try look around how to fix this. :)

bullies need a lot of exercise and strong willed owners that are patient and persistent, they dont call em bull terriers for nothing, they are stuborn and want to be the boss, but you have to be the boss. Once they get it, they are like lil puppies : ) I love my bully!

All my Bullies over the past 30 years have loved the water, our first one would lay in the fish pond with just his ears and eyes sticking above the water then our second one would even jump straight into the creek now our third one tries to climb on board the kayak after he jumps off usually overturning us and yes I've always had there floater's on.
