@kenns9 The Government is unable to take your 14th Amendment, and bill of rights from you like such. As of 2010 the 2nd Amendment "right to bare arms" was finally incorperated. As in the state CANNOT say you cant have the weapon as a household defence, its officially the PEOPLES choice in what they can have in their homes as long as it is Semi automatic. If you bring up a count case on this, You will win. And the courts will Mark the case Unconstituional. u will be able to shoot ur weapon.

Incorperated as in it was the states 3/4's vote to have the Amendment or right the choice of the people not the government. In other Words California isnt any different from any other state allowing you to have that rifle usable under federal and state law. ive lived in cali for 4 years and moved for your information.
