Ever since I saw the lion king 2, I never looked at Simba the same way again, at first I saw him as a cool guy, but now I see him as a GREAT BIG JERK! It was the second movie that made me relise what one of my favorite disney characters was really.

@RondoVenezianoHere .... i have a question. If this so-called Robert dude knew his own facts, he didn't read the entire story. the city was destroyed mercilessly, by fire, hail, plague, and famine and much more. There would not be any remnants of the city if these cataclysms all happened at once.

Heh, I just noticed something: At 1:48-1:49, when it says "thus said the Lord" it shows that antelope head over Kovu. So in a funny way, it's like God talking to him as he walks away.

I know everyone is doing one of these videos, but kudos to you, this one rocks. *applauds*. This is by far the best one I've seen, and they're ususally so frustrating, like if they'd just made the clip shorter by half a second it would have hit the lyrics perfectly, but this one doesn't do that. And most of the other videos are Scar and Mufasa, which makes sense because they ARE brothers, but if you ask me it just makes it too easy.

No, Simba wasn't evil. He did make bad judgments in some parts (e.g. exiling Kovu), but he was trying to be a good king and trying to protect his people and I think that even though he made mistakes sometimes, he should be admired because he learned from them and they did protect his people.
