I like this game but it takes a while to learn not to get to frustrated over the bad stuff:1)if your player is too close to the basket he will shoot and hit the other side of the backboard 2)way too easy charging foul 3)players run out of bounds when doing quick strike handling or to avoid a steal. Def the best b-ball game this year though

i had 2k8 but traded it in...i couldnt get the controls at all...it was far too hard to get to grips with...i got live 08 and instantly got into it. even though i got it instantly the game is still deep. and to top it all of the official espn stuff is fresh, being able to check highlights is a godsend for someone in england unless you stay up till like 3:00am

I got NBA Live 08 on PS3 and I can say that it's very good, maybe even better than 2K8. 2K8 is awesome too but I prefer Live this year. But ey, they both are very good, it doesn't matter what people say about live. This year it's absolutely better. And I have tested them both!
