Personally I think Dick Gaughan's adaptation of this song is far superior , Cara may have a far sweeter voice but Dick deleivers with far more sincerity in my opinion , The lyric in this version is heavily drowned out by the Orchestra

Lady Gaga is a self-proclaimed fame whore, and that in itself gives her an upper hand in popularity. Cara Dillon's music is more subdued and has so much more intrinsic beauty. I remember you. I was sitting at a table near the front, with my wife, you were sitting in the first row of seats behind us. I wondered why Cara dedicated a song to someone in the audience: I suppose you know her or have a professional relationship with her. "Crazy Love" was great and it was good to know she was paying homage to another Northern Ireland legend, Van Morrison. But singing along with Cara is intimidating - that voice! I fell in love with her music when I was on a holiday in Ireland 4 years ago, but I never heard her sing live. She has a wonderful voice and I hope there will come a day I can see her in concert, but I don't expect her to come to The Netherlands....;) Well, we'll see, you never know. I just listened to Cara's sister Mary singing a sad song about emigration and was linked to this lovely video and song that I have grown to love. Cara's new album "Hill of Thieves" is quite stunning and is on general release on 26th January, so do check it out, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
