What we are seeing is the awakening of people worldwide to their abuse by the global elite. More and more people suspect something is very wrong with the political, financial, educational .......institutions and many of the leaders of the same that we have been told/schooled are for our benefit. It does not matter when this citizen was injured, it is the fact he was injured along with others. What is legal is not necessarily lawful. The media has a biased agenda according to their handlers. What will be the big question here is what precedent will be set by this incident and others in how law enforcement will deal with protests in the future because there is a growing discontent among people worldwide against corruption in banking and government. This is not a USA only movement.

An illegal situation has to to be addressed by law enforcement and that is not what is in question here. What is in question here is did law enforcement use the appropriate level of force for the situation in dispersing this particular set of protestors. This is what lawyers will be talking about not that the man was a veteran. Police like security are expected to use good judgement and when we don't the legal system comes into play. There is no justice when laws are ablsolute, hence courts.

I said that citizens have rights and there is something called acceptable use of force and good judgement. A flash bang in the face is not acceptable use of force against someone who was not being violent.
