  • I'm gonna try original moxie again I'm thinking maybe the co wash conditioner I used had a cone in it. I love ur reviews and vids.

  • @anointed4beauty Original Moxie Everyday leave-in has 2 cone's in it also: Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone

  • i just bought the smoothinglotioni..and u right!.. I Love it just after one use!..ur wash n go looks awesome..really makin me want my short hair back!

  • @watchfuleye2008 Thanks!

  • The smoothing lotion is a dew dependent product most def. I had to put it away once it got cold in NYC but when I went to SC in wintertime where the dew was still above 30 it worked magically. I cant wait for the dews to rise in NYC!

  • @ReconGirl2006 I LOVE the smoothing lotion! Love it!

  • Is curl junkie only online? Btw, thanks for the product reviews it's ver helpful for women. I did the big chop last fall and have bought and tried so many products.

  • @Ncw771 Yes online at curlmart, curljunkie or aveyou all (dot com) sites...

  • Thanks. I have the DM miral curl , D M curling creme and DM buttermilk lotion. The DM Curling creme didnt give me enough hold but, I liked how my hair felt. The Gel was a little crunchie and my hair felt a little dry. I used the buttermilk as a moisturizer. I know I have to keep experimenting to see what's going to work for me. Thanks, so much for your time. I'll let you rest some. I can talk about hair all-night long. LOL ! Take care.

  • @lynn1959100 No problem.

  • I am looking mainly for a styler and moisturizer. Thanks.

  • @lynn1959100 My personal favorite moisturizer is Donna Marie SuperButter Creme, My favorite styler is Kiss My Face Upper Management Gel and Eco Styler Pink with Curl Junkie Curls in a Bottle on top. I can't use Curls in a Bottle alone because it's too thin for my hair but it provides me with frizz control and shine

  • Thanks for getting back to me and the tips. I would say my hair is a coily/kinky or 4a on top other 4b. Do you think the Curl junkie products would work on me? I know you can't really say would out seeing my hair. Just wanted your opinion. LOL Thanks.

  • @lynn1959100 What are you trying to achieve? What are you looking for? Leave-In? Styler? Moisturizer, Conditioner? they have many great products.. What are you looking for?

  • Thanks for the review. May I asked what's your hair type? You're making me wanting to try Curl Junkie products. I will try some samples first to see. I know like you said what works for your hair....may not work for me. Because of you and Denimpixie, I am revisiting wash n- go's. My main goal is to obtain length and was told protectives styles is the only to achieve length. Take Care ..God Bless!

  • @lynn1959100 If I had to pick my hair type I would say I'm a 3c/4a. Focus on Strength not Length because healthy hair GROWS. I don't do protective styling I love to wear my out and you will see my hair 99% of the time ;)

  • I hear alot of naturals talk about products in rotation... Can you tell me whats that about?? How often do you change products??

  • @msalkapone09 I personally like to keep three different product brands in my rotation i.e. 3 different co-wash conditioners, 3 different Deep conditioners, 3 different stylers, 3 different moisturizers etc.. I don't want my hair getting use to the same product I like to keep my hair guessing :) I rotate weekly

  • @mzapril02 you too!?!

  • jco.... I need to know if you can use these products on 4f hair!!!!!! :)

  • @aterrainye Lol actually if you go on the curl junkie site under the "selection guide" tab by hair type you'll see what she (curl junkie creator) thinks works best for your hair or you can even email her...

  • @jcokes7 oh cool.. thanks jco:)

  • @aterrainye No problem..

  • get it girl !

  • @MissENTF Thanks Sis!

  • fantastic review! i love the Smoothing Lotion, and i am going to try the BeautiCurls leave-in too cos i love to have some light leave-ins at hand!

  • @louloumatou I used the smoothing lotion again this morning and I LOVE IT!!!! Where has Curl Junkie been all my life!!!

  • @jcokes7 hahahaha! a Curl Junkie Junky!! :) lol

  • @louloumatou Yes I will admit that!! LOL they need to make t-shirts that say that!!!

  • @jcokes7 hahahaha! i'd buy one too :)

  • look here, jcokes. i love your videos and all. but what you won't do is encourage me to go broke!

guess i need to lock in a second job to keep up with you lol

  • @mzapril012 Lol I'm sorry babe!

  • I ordered one, now I can't wait to receive it. Thanks JC.

  • @hotchocolate1 You are welcome! I hope it works for you!

  • Can't wait for mine to arrive i just purchased curls Smoothing Lotion , it was the slip you said it gave you that got me hooked so i had to buy some

  • @3jdixon Let me know if it works for you!

  • Great review! I love the Smoothing lotion also! But interestingly, I prefer using it as a wash-out conditioner over using it as a leave-in...when I used it as a leave-in I found that it wasn't as moisturizing on my hair as the Oyin Hair Dew (my first love) after my hair was completely dry. But girrrrl, when I co-washed with it I was like one of those girls in the herbal essences commercials in the shower!! LOL

  • @rmiller60 Hi, It's actually two different types of Smoothing Lotion, one is a leave-in the other is Daily Conditioner which one do you have?

  • @jcokes7 I think its the same one you have in the video. On the bottle I have it says it can be used as a leave-in or a wash out conditioner. I love it as a wash-out condish :-D

  • @rmiller60 Oh ok cool! I will have to try it one day as a rinse out..

  • I am in LOVE with the smoothing lotion! It's the first leave in that plays nice with my eco styler and it smells AMAZING!

  • @00MidnightBlue00 Me too!!!
