For cardio I recommend 20 minutes of intervals... run (or whatever) for a short time then slow it down for a minute or so, do this up and down and you will blast two times (or more) the amount of calories than if you did steady state. The best time to do cardio is after your strength training but if you don't have time do it on off days. Aim for 3 times a week.

@Perfekshun514 no, it will burn off calories to burn fat from your body, while targeting muscle tone on your tush... not making it bigger.
