"They" created all the religions in my opinion so they could carry out an eventual plan of setting them against each other. "They" will not let us see the core similarities inherent in all the religions but will focus on the cultural differences between them so we go to war with each other over these minute discrepancies.

know where to run? it seems like there is no where to run. so the guys that are running the show so to speak, have pulled the wool over the worlds eyes so far and have it layered so deep that it covers pretty much all possibilities of every action and reaction that the puplic and the world can give which always brings them out on top. all we can do is ride with it and hope that one day however many years down the line thing will be for the better (but for who?).

@ETHIOLOGIST1 What makes you think I am a Christian? Although I have respect for all beings, those that pick Christianity have a low score for personal choices in my book. There is no dichotomy other than the fact the religion and atheism/agnosticism aren't really all too compatible. I agree that spirituality is important, spirituality being a focus on either peace, love, internal expansion, or supporting/empowering others. That doesn't mean to shut off our brains and ignore when ppl are bs-ing.

For instance, a child who likes to play with dead animals would make a great vet because of their natural curiosity! Dichotomies present two foundational ideas that cancel each other out, or destabilize decision-making. If a man believes all rich people are crooks, then wins a $50M lottery, he suffers the effects of dichotomy if he is torn between wanting to keep the money and feeling the need to give it all away to charity...

Regarding heaven, you have a choice as to your destination. Just as you map a course from one city to another, you must, of necessity, get on the road that takes you there. As an Atheist, that is a destination outside of your belief system, so by your belief system, you wouldn't "believe" in it, anyway. Another dichotomy.

There is no Atheist document that says to kill Christians, and I have never heard an Atheist/Agnostic claim that only because a person is religious, they deserve death.
Can't say the same for the Bible, however. take Deuteronomy 13:13-19, or if you are one of those Christians that try to detach themselves from the Old Testament, claiming it's not REALLY what God meant, take Matthew 10:34 or Luke 19:27, straight from "the savior" himself...
