they fill up a bucket with cold tap water, and then put their bottled water and tea in the bucket so the drinks will stay cold.
that same water is the water they use to wash the bowls used for eating. i saw them take out water from that same tub they use to cool their bottled water and tea, and then take it to the sink and rinse bowls with it.

I tried both types the Chinese type and the ABC or Ice Kacha Malay style. Interesting. to eat stuff out of a bucket..
