Very touching for what you went through...no more of that, forcing children to have CI...only for people that wants it but NEVER force it on children and esp on babies!! I feel for what you went thru! I went thru acupuncture treatments for my father's sake...finally stopped. My father felt "guilty" that I was born deaf, he stopped going church when found out I was deaf...sad, ain't it? I'm happy being deaf...silence is golden!! :-) Peace!
