I don't know but their snare technique is pounding. I've talked with the guy who has teched the line and he said sometimes the louder the better but they do use legatoe sometimes. Oh only pound at really high heights supposavly above the head or close to the head.
Sounds really cool, and this is a damn good line, but wow! Nothing but triplet rolls and 16th note variations. Where are the beats!?!? Guess lines don't throw down like they used to in the early to late 90's!!! Sweet sound though!
@JokeR013196 Yo that Rome show is like no other. I marched and taught groups that did this show, but I also live like 30 min from Rome, so I try to go every year. There's one house (I'll omit the address) that if you find their yard, the folks that live there totally come out with Lemonade and cookies. There's definitely a pocket of drum corps fans in Upstate NY man. :-)
