Ok I got that its Ableton Live. But it seems like he is controlling Ableton with the CDJ. I wasnt aware you could do that.  What am i missing?

This is sooooo dope. I have watched this vid over and over. What are all of the programs and equipment you use to create this masterpiece? I never see a computer but I assume you are using one. How does the foot pedal control what loop is going into your CDJ? Thanks for putting this video up

its ableton live, the foot pedal will more than likely be a behringer which is a midi controller

Hes setup is like this: Numark CDX, with one track playing which hes working through. The touch-pad on the rack is an Akai MPD-24, which is USB connected into Ableton Live, for sample triggering. At last hes got the feet-trigger hooked through USB in Ableton Live aswell. One for starting recording of his loop, and one for stopping and starting it in sync.

@stilledansker by saying the foot pedal is connected through usb is incorrect. the foot pedal ( behringer fcb1010) is sending signals through midi into the akai mpd25 the fcb has no usb connection.

(im not trying to be funny or a know it all, its just im making sure people dont buy one on the hope of it being usb.
