Aren't they just friends ? I mean they've known each other their how lives cause of alli, so it's more of a brotherly/sisterly thing. I mean sometimes i think too, but there is such a thing as spending so much time with each other and being really good friends. It's possible, don't start something and end it before it even really happens.
