Why not just stick to the low carb / high fat / high protein 5days a week then reload ??? i believe a fast is completley un natural especially with serious training .

Your vids r awesome!!! I do cross country and I want to be very light and lean , will you please make a video for having very thin and fit muscles best for long distance running like 10 km and be as light as posible and like lossing fat ,thanks allot hope you respond!!!!
