If creationism is the ONLY theory that is taught, however, students will become very narrow-minded. Getting rid of creationist philosophies in schools will only limit the knowledge of the pupils that attend those institutions.

I do think religious tolerance and acceptance is extremely important though.

Parents that want their children to learn about creationism can take their kids to church. Religion is a responsibility of the family not the state.

I wouldn't call this "educating." Atheist teachings should not even be ALLOWED in educational environments, that's not the system's JOB. They should stick to teaching subjects relevant to student's future CAREERS. Not indoctrinate.
