PK Love Omega is given to Lucas in Chapter 7. If you are able to use it in chapter 3, there is some rule that you are obviously breaking. Whether it's save state hacking, hex editing, sequence breaking, or just a fake video, I cannot say for sure.

Also, Lifeup Beta isn't learned until level 18. Lifeup Gamma at level 43. You can't have those at level 17 without breaking some rule.

He's technically right. It's a glitch.

When you beat the game, start a new game and save over, characters that don't have any items retain theirs (Only the monkey and young Lucas though) along with any Psi power.
