Adding A Wordpress Blog to Your Facebook Page

Talk about bullshit. This is outdated already. You can't do anything with notes. Try updating this to the present time and I bet you can't get anything to work. Facebook is starting to suck.

I don't see an import function in the Note application... what am I missing??

@BareMindArt FB has changed the interface since this video was made. Here is how you import: Go to your fan page (not your personal page), Click the edit page link, Click the "Apps" link. Under the Notes section, click the "Go to App" link. On the left side navigation at the bottom click the "Edit Import settings" link. Import your blog.

Hope that helps. I'll try and do a follow video to make this much more clear.

But for some reason, it's not importing. It comes back showing "couldn't find a feed".... so, I'm contacting Facebook help now... It's probably a simple thing I maybe missing... "sigh".

I was thinking how to do this. i have a technology product which is similar to face book. Is it possible to write several featured blog about this product on its profile page and then transfer those blogs to a common face book blog page . My purpose to transfer blogs from my technology product's profile page to any face book page, so that it would attract as many possible number of users to download my product. How would that be possible? please let me know about this.

awesome. it looks almost too unbelievably easy to be true. You made this video a year ago - can you suggest a more "up-to-date" method, or is this still the best way?

@1847Chard Thanks for the comment. Yes, there is a much better way to add your blog to your facebook business page. I'll try and make a video on that method sometime soon. But for now, just go to facebook and search for the facebook app called "networkedblogs" and add it to your fan page and then import your blog.

@jmcclaire Are you asking how to duplicate your wordpress blog on a facebook fan page? If yes, you can add a lite version of your site by using FBML and creating a custom tab on your fan page and give it the look and feel of your blog.

@jmcclaire It is not a good idea, as your blog will be duplicated in fb, confusing you regarding number of visitors etc.

Note: This import function will work with any blog that has an RSS Feed and not just Wordpress blogs.
