@hurricanelogan I went yesterday on wednesday to quintana it was gnar you had to jump the jetty to get out to the 3rd break (minus the random breaks) I tried to padle out at first it was fun but to much work for one wave.

I was there that day the waves were soooooooo fun, there was alot of people out but everyone was super nice. The only thing that sucked about that day was the damn sea lice, holy shit did those fuckers get annoying

they are like these clear very small lookin creature they almost look like slugs but alot smaller, clear, and no antenas they dont hurt as bad as jelly fish they just get really anoying cuz u usually get a bunch and they get in ur shorts and everywhere (sorry they are kinda hard to explain) but no one cared everyone had a really good time that day epic day for sure

i heard somebody died trying to surf ike but some one told me while i was in the line up so im not sure if it was true or not, i saw picks of it and ud have to be mental to go out there when ike hit but the day b4 ike hit looked SOOO SICK but they already were evacuating every one and we couldnt drive up there
