yeahh you need to be into a regular.First you need to go on iscribble a lot then complete a daring of about 1000000 but i may be off.Read the facts under Iscribble info down in the grey next to the chat box.Ittll talk all about it.

PreciousMoonlight is right about the blur thing.. in my opion i dont like the lur tool and i wold avoid useing it unless your useing it for clouds or for zoomed out background.. in my opion auto circle is whats best for blending/mixing... another thing would be to use a graphic tablet, it helps alot :D .... finaly dont be afired to ask people how they do there shading/effect.. you learn though asking qustions ... hope that helped and good luck :D
