  • I understood everything he said and i knew what he was talking about. Good Help it was.

  • I understood almost all of it?

But what is k meant to be?

  • now i understand a little bit

  • How is it done with one variable only knowledge?

  • baburo101 is criticisizing the accent of someone else but he cant even fuckin' spell terrable!!!

  • Please do something to improve the audio. I think the microphone is too close to you or something. Also, you should be more intimately familiar with the problem so that you don't need to refer back to the text so often. And there is a wicked glare on the left side of the white board. Also, your accent is a bit thick at times. Try to enunciate your words more carefully. Thanks for your great contribution. Many of us calculus nuts really do appreciate it :)

  • let prove the volume of a sphere ok?

    int_(-r)^(r) int_(-sqrt(r^2-x^2))^(sqrt(r^2-x^2)) int(-sqrt(r^2-x^2-y^2)^(sqrt(r^2-x^2-y^2)) 1 dz dy dx=4/3pi r^3

so its proven that the volume of a sphere is 4/3 pi r^3.

question: What substitution did i use?

Note: offcourse this integral is much easier when i use sperhical coordinates, ut i think the most of you are familliar with cartesian coordinates.

  • thank you for making this video. This really helped clarify some things i didn't understand.

  • Im sure your an excellent math teacher but how come your reading notes?

  • just wanted to make sure that I dont say false statement anyway I am old and this was my first calculus attemopt honestly. Is that OK?

  • @j4clayto teachers are human too....

  • @j4clayto I think you'd probably find that Salman Khan and JMT would be using notes when they go through their example too, but they keep it off camera.

  • @j4clayto I think you'd probably find that Salman Khan and JMT would be using notes when they go through their example too, but they keep it off camera... or in Sal's case, he doesn't animate himself using notes.

  • I love it .. thank you very much it definately cleared up a lot

i will be looking out for more of your videos

    thanks again

  • math is hot

  • I believe that one day I will understand this. The hard part about it is that I've learn the theories of math in a different language, yet it's quite interesting to be able to understand it in English. I'll certainly be on the look out for more of your lectures.

  • Thank you for that nice lesson.

I really appreciate that you have presented problems for many levels of math skills.

Education is a lifelong process and genuine appreciation for math does not cease after passing an SAT exam. Whether you are young or old; black, white, asian, martian, or andromeda galaxian; it is safe to assume that we are all bounded and bonded by the same mathematical laws.

    Thank you for your efforts.
