@Crazylegsdman15 You can have as many planes as you want but as far as downloading them its the same in this video for all airplanes because there all similar type of files. Just pay attention better to this video then look at your downloaded planes and you'll notice they have all the same folders.

Okay so I followed through this tutorial and like five others over 10 times and any plane I try to put it just isn't there, It shows it's in the folder when I go to SimObjects/Airplanes but in the game they are not there, I have been trying to do this for weeks but It just never works and I do not know what to do about it.

@123chipboy My computer became like that because you most likely one day pressed disable saving it and instead it wil just go right to open. To save it, where it says click here for download, right click it then go to save as and then it will pop open the save window. Hope this helps

hey i have been having some problems when i do what you said sometimes it doesnt have a cockpit or anything and its really anoying

Okay that can be a common problem.

All you'll need to do is find a cockpit and add it into the folder. Like if your downloading a 767, find the DEFAULT microsoft 737 folder, then open it and find the panel folder for the 737. Copy it then go to your 767 folder, delete the panel folder in there, then press paste and it should have the 737 panel. You can use any of the default panels or watch my tutorial on how to download panels for more accurate panels.

Textures are like a new paint job for the airplane. Gauges is sort of the panel. Everything on a panel is a gauge. I have tutorials on how to download textures and gauges.

You download gauges for new paint jobs on airplanes and you download gauges so you can have more realistic panels. Rather than having a 747 panel on a 767, you can have a 767 panel in a 767 making it more realistic.

You don't need an effects folder. Most airplanes don't even come with the effects folder, so if there is no effects folder don't worry about it. Its not sapose to be there if it isn't there.

Then your doing something wrong. Write down all the steps in the video, EACH step then do it on the computer. You need to know what your doing for it to work. For me I had that problem until I wrote down the steps.

hey i had the same problem....i had to figure it out by my self.....so here is what you do.....click start then computer the go to the search part in the top right corner. then tipe in "pro" whitch is the first three letters in "programs" then as you tipe each letter you tipe the list will refresh to find it then when your done tiping the 3 letter you will see the "programs" folder then you'll see "program files (x86)" and then you will find the folder!!!...but im still stuck with flying it.

Just like I said for everyone else who keeps having problems...write down all the steps then do them. It is hard at first but you will get the hang of it once you do it right. My mistake was not listening to everything I had to watch and take notes then do it. Make sure you have the right model to.

Lots of people seem to have this problem. I need more information to fix it. Make sure the model is for your game edition and that you do EVERY single step. Write them down if you need to.

Im not sure wwhy the paint is messed up it might be something wrong with the aircraft creator...try downloading another and watch my how to download cockpits because some come with REALLY bad cockpits and most come with no cockpits at all.
