Ok, for something I wanted to say, why did the U.S.A want to drop a bomb on a great city. Japan is neat and elegant, they didn't need to drop a bomb to end, like, WWII. Would they want to drop an ATOMIC BOMB on thousands. That's like dropping one of those on their own country. That kept the fight going, FARE AND SQUARE! But nooo... We can't handle problems like SMART HUMANS, just revenge isn't necessary, It's evil, be peaceful and deal it like the good lord wanted us to.
That's not how it goes. But your right about how old she was and the running. You weren't right about the unknown disease. Because She had leukemia! Not an unknown disease.
@CheerleadrGirl Right after the bomb struck, nobody knew that you could get leukemia because of the radiation. The symptoms that people had were just so unknown that nobody knew what to do. This is why we should never, ever have dropped that bomb. An innocent girl's life could have been saved.

My mom was 5 years old when the bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. She was 15 when Sadako Sasaki died of leukemia.
